Hi Sir, I am a Nepalese citizen working as a software engineer in one of the reputed software companies in Pune. I pay my taxes with efficiency since last three years, but being a nepalese citizen , we face a lot of issues while creating a lot of government documents like Police Clearance Certificate for Business Visa purpose, Driving license in India , New SIM card activation. Getting all these is extremely hard for us even though we have all valid documents for it.

Its a long term effort. We can attract tourist by hosting Megashows or events in India. A mega annual event in any one place within India with a primary focus on Tourism can also increase the inbound traffic. Each state can be given a chance to host the show with the full participation of the central gov. NRIs can sponsor or introduce his/her foreign friend to this show and free duty free shopping or free entry of his family members to the same show etc can prompt NRIs to promote the shows.

Dear Respected Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi JI Pls. stop Politics from ruining Governance. We are all aware that MEMU / DEMU / EMU Trains are badly needed in India ....... and U are still allowing BHEL to scrap the MEMU Project in Rajasthan ..... just because the Project was initiated by the previous Govt ..... and the current Rajasthan CM Vijeraje Scindia does not like it. She is known to be against Jipur Metro too. ..What sort of NEGATIVE APPROACH is this ? Is this ACHE DIN ?

Secondly, In the name of security, the rule of not allowing reentry of a tourist, businessmen or visitor for 60 days is hurting India's foreign investment goals. its like locking yourself in the house and throwing the key away to be safe. This type of close minded rules creates uncertainty in the minds of NRIs and OCIs. Mindless rules has created the (black wealth) under ground economy of India. Abolish wealth Tax and watch how much stagnent money flows back in the economy of India.

President Mr. Pranav Mukharji , during his term as a finance minister of India, created rules namely rules to tax on world wide income if the person stays 60 days cumulative with in four years in India ha s created fear and distrust for Indian politicians worldwide. These has prevented new investments in India and even tourism is reduced as a result of that. These rules and laws needs to be reversed, removed and made provision that no finance minister or Prime minister can make such rules.

Respected Shri Modi Saheb, Foreign exchange coming to India forwarded for charity purposes should be fully exempted from any type of tax by INDIA. If provisions of Laws of various countries do not restrict sending of any large amount of money if it is sought to be sent to INDIA for welfare schemes such as health-care; orphanage;physically challenged, etc., NRIs should be aware of such Laws in their respective countries which will enable flow of foreign exchange into our motherland, India.

Should allow private NRI investors to create start up financial institution like SIDBI ( with no government control) to fund and guide start up companies to take it to next level and the capital investment shoal be given status of risk capital and all gains from such investment be made tax free to attract capital infusion. The profit should be re invested and can not be taken away out of country.

Most important is allowing NRIs to invest fully in a start-up as there are few rules and regulations regarding investment which discourage NRIs to invest in India. If a start-up makes an impact and grows well, it should be given more facilities and relaxation by Government and should allow NRI to invest more in it.

The startups can be promoted through various communities in their country, provided that the startup is sustainable, laws are friendly and there is complete transparency for the venture. The persons who are spending time needs to be encouraged.
