One of the areas for development is the missile defence technology, which, I am sure, the Indian Scientists are capable of developing like this one: PLEASE WATCH http://manneli.com/movies/Israel-info/Iron%20Dome.html We can establish and Economic Intelligence Unit, which - whilst not classified as industrial espionage - would look for worthwhile ideas and develop them in India. This unit would be Government controlled in Free Trade Zones and also Banks should be willing to lend.

I think we have to come up with a all India common entrance exam for Engineering and Medicine for both UG and PG. It will help in the prevention of crores of rupees collected as donations.

NRI's are ready to invest in small industries, Ethanol production, olive oil tree plantations and many other small scale industries that will, in time, grow bigger and provide employment to lots of youth of India, who are eager to work and contribute to the nation. More Free Trade Zones will be a bonus as would complete eradication of bureacracy and harassment from Government Officials. The process of granting such licences must be hassle free with full co-operation from the Government bodies.

Members of Diaspora have huge potential of Investment capability and intellectual prosperity. Harness it for the good of Country and state. Like Invite NRI for Tax free NRE bonds for 5 to 10 years, Invest that money to make offshore wind farm in Gulf of Cambay or Gulf of Kutchchh and Solar Park share in Katchchh ran. NEW PLAN PANEL- The Planning Commission is an institution in the government of India which formulates India’s five year plans among other functions. Since Independence, Indian economy has been premised on the concept of Planning. I do believe that the Planning Commission was set up in order to address the issues that were prevalent in the pre-independence and immediate post-independence. But as our economy has been experiencing a great metamorphosis, it has become impossible to run our economy

Feed Capital from as small as ₹50K can be provided to enterprising and promising youths coming from economically backward families to allow them to commence working independently in any self-sustaining venture. This amount can serve as a downpayment for a larger business / vehicle loan. If each NRI can support atleast 1 or 2 such youths in their respective hometown, we should be able to see a major fillip to job creation and improvement in living standards of poorer people.

The Govt. could identify places in every state, which cannot be cultivated for whatever reasons and work out as to what industries could be set up there with the help of top corporates. Identify the skills required and invite the NRIs who have educated in these fields and are now sharing their knowhow with foreign countriesl. Those experts who express interest should be paid handsome remuneration because afterall their expertise will be utilised for the startups in India.

Getting family ration card for NREs within our 1 month holiday is really difficult. because we need to get verification by VAO or others.but no concern govt.bodies work on time or asking irrelevant documents or questions . Most of the NRes don't have ration card because of old, long procedures. What is the best possible way to get the ration card without wasting our valuable vacation time in government offices. Link the ration card, adaar card, voter id with our passport for verification.
