The City “Bareilly” in Uttar Pradesh has been selected as one of the Smart Cities to be developed under the Ministry of Urban Development (MoUD), Government of India's Smart City Mission. In order to participate in the 'City Challenge' proposal competition, Bareilly is now required to formulate its own unique PAN City Smart Solution (A Smart Solution that could be applied City wide) and prepare the Smart City Plan in consultation with the citizens and other stakeholders.

The Ideal Smart Solution:

xi. Leakage Identification, Preventive Maintenance
xii. Water Quality Management

4) Energy Management
xiii. Smart Meters and Management
xiv. Renewable Source of Energy
xv. Energy Efficient and Green Buildings

5) Urban Mobility
xvi. Smart Parking
xvii. Intelligent Traffic Management
xviii. Integrated Multi Modal Transport

Wastebins/Trashcans at every corner of sreet/lane. And they should be cleaned everyday. If there are bind at every 10 metres, there is no way people wpuld throw trash elsewhere. Would also improve employment. Proper traffic rules and traffic lights on crowdy crossroads which will not only help in avoiding accidents but also provide better and smart environment. Footpaths on every road so walking people have separate road to walk and avoid accidents. Zebra crossing would help too.

नगर निगम रोड बनाता है तो टेलीफ़ोन विभाग या ओर भी कई ऐसे विभाग हैं जो दोबारा रोड को खोद देते हैं ओर सबसे बड़ी बात तो यह है रोड खोदने की पर्मिशन भी नहीं ली जाती है तो इस पर गहराई से विचार

connecting highways have to be good. .national highway 24 which is connect bareilly to our national capital as well as state capital is worst after bareilly. bareilly to shahjahanpur it's 84 km and it will take 3 hr to reach shahjahanpur which is after bareilly in NH 24..its not complete since 2014 .

स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने मे मेरी सलाह यह है कि हमें साफ सफाई विशेष ध्यान रखना होगा और खुद हमे इस बात का ध्यान रखना होगा जब हम स्मार्ट रहैगे तो Kanpur को स्मार्ट सिटी बना पायेगें

1-सड़कों का चौड़ीकरन एवं गड्ढा मुक्त 2- सफाई व कूड़ा प्रबंधन की समुचित वयवस्था। 3-यातायात के सुगम साधन। 4-सुरक्षा व्यवस्था । 5-रोड लाइट । 6- आम जनता के लिए पेय जल व शौचालय । 6-पर्यटक व तीर्थ स्थलो पर दर्शन की समुचित व्यवस्था । 7- पर्यटको के ठहरने की व्यवस्था । 8-मेले आदि के आयोजन के समय भीड़ को नियंत्रित करने की व्यवस्था। 9-पढ़ाई व चिकित्सा की विशिष्ट व्यवस्था । 10- शहर मे आने जाने वाले लिंक रोड भी अच्छी हो

Shopkeeper ke sath milkar nagar nigam ko clean night bareilly phele karne chahiye jisse night me bhi city clean rahe ( dekha gaya hai ki shopkeeper night me shop ko close karte time sara inorganic wastage road par throw (phek dete hai) kar dete hai isliya nagar nigam ko evening me inorganic wastage ko shop to shop receive karna chahiye)

sir sabse pahle to hum sab ko mil kar traffic rule ko sahi kiya jaye or nagar nigam k pichey roadways wale raste par or main city mai jo footpath par atikraman hai usko saaf kiya jaye or parking developed ki jaye .tabhi in traffic light ka sahi tarike se use ho sakta hai jo city mai lag rahi hai.agar hum log traffic rule follow ni karenge to inka koi fayda ni..........
