Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with its order dated 1st May 2016, had constituted a Review Committee for rationalisation and optimisation of the functioning of the Sector Skill Councils, under the Chairmanship of Sh. Sharada Prasad, Former Director General, Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of lndia.

In order to engage with stakeholders and gather valuable suggestions/comments from the public, MSDE has put the Report of the Committee for rationalisation & optimisation of the functioning of the Sector Skill Councils for the public.

Last date of submission of suggestions is 23rd May, 2017

Govt should provide bicycles and various instruments which helps in growth of human bodies. With the help of this,the infrastructure of skills will increase from the base. Children will be more accurate with their nutrition. There should be less effect of mobile phone on children to protect their future skills.Because now a days expenditure of time on mobile phone is huge. After a proper base development, authority should organise some seminars and lectures regarding the particular activity.

since india is an Agricultural country we must find out the different resources releted from this field.find or introduce the Medicinial plant from the forest,create fragranceses from the flowers.Technical training for the farming.Make manure from the weaste.jam and jelly production.Taking care of the grain for the longer time and sell them in the market.

Govt has ti find out which area is required the training,how many Manpower is required,and available currently.Only this skills are the basics level,also highly techinical student how we utilise their skills and develop that.

Skills are important part of our life,there are different skills like Techinical and non tecninical.PLease try to give theintroduction of the subject in the 5th class,from 6th onwards introduce the different type of skill training.That includes Reiated agricultural,kitchen, Mobile,Teachers training,Gardening,cycle and scooter repairing,even we can include carpaintery, plumbing and other work.It is a natural that there skill will slowely developed,and they are ready to take up the jobs.

dear sir/mam, In North India States especially himachal where there are scarce reaources,there the youth should be given the chance to open small plants for the filteration and purification of water so that small units of water purifying can be oopen and send to the states where therenis less water or no water .This scheme should be finalized all over the india to the states where there is more water than others. email- shailendersingh2687@gmail.com

अब इस भागमभाग जीवन में प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी को क्यों नही 10th 12 th की शिक्षा के समय से ही कोशल सिखाना प्रारंभ किया जाना चाहिए| क्योकि अब समय स्किल का है और शिक्षा से ऊपर स्किल को रख कर प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपनी रूचि के अनुसार स्किल में माहिर करना चाहिए| आज का युवा सब एक दुसरे पर आधीन है और आने वाला समय अब स्किल की पारिस्थिकी तंत्र का होगा| क्योकि एक ca अकाउंट का काम करेगा वो घर के अन्य कार्य नही करना चाहता या समय नही है| तो उसके वही भोजन वाला, झाड़ू पोछे करने वाला etc. लगेंगे|

create a force in line with NSS or NCC schemes in educational institutions.to train or provide skill development to others or all.i am prepared to work for micro finance, banking,commerce,teaching etc

Dear sir now days automobile and capital goods industries are developing effectively in our India. But these industries are not have talented and skill electro plating operators. so please provide electro plating skill development training to there people/workers. Then they will give back support in the main production for draw productivity in time with they have electro plating skills.
