Skill recognition should always be the 1st step. Correctly everything has been covered by the committee. Examination is the best way for this. Definitely MHRD and MSDE should work together. As far as have read the volumes, each and everything has been covered. Basic knowledge till 10th and after it helping them in realizing their skills and work in related field will lead to a satisfactory life . Most important is the work should be done. It gives immense satisfaction that idea has been utilized

What we can do is, introduce internship like schemes from 9th class onward where it is compulsory for student to work in a industry of his choice during their summer/winter vacation. But for that industry must come on board to tie up with schools and other institutions.

In order to nurture the skills and learning process , a body or an institution should be open by the skill development ministery so that anybody who wants to learn something and want to do something on their own can do so.This will help especially those people who want to get self employed or who want to work but cannot do so as they dont have the required skills. Skills like stictching, tailoring, carpentary ,cooking and loads of other fields. This will help the nation to grow and will extent

electrical, plumbing, stitching, cooking, painting, music, dance, basic repair, shoe mending work all of this should be taught in school since class 6th onwards. This once part of curriculum will make people self reliant and even after education till 8th or 10th after which we see a sharp drop out, these students can work.

A private company's investments and outcomes in skill development can be linked to their business tax rate and other govt subsidy which will determine and encourage them to identify people from society and make them skilled labour. The more they invest and show positive outcomes, they get incentives in the form of tax reduction. It will also encourage them to hire more as they know the skill level of the people they are training.

There should be skill development in all sectors like manufacturing, services, agriculture and allied sectors only than the make in India programme be a huge success. The automation that is taking place in the IT/ ITES will displace huge no.of people in the IT/ITES sector and will throw a challenge to the government in the employment sector. Creation of skill and employment across various sectors is the need of the hour.
