To make the urban transport and public commuting easy more buses and road networks should be introduced in Haldia. Environment friendly battery operated buses and small buses could be game changer for city dwellers of Haldia who have often suffer a nightmare of getting public transport during night. Radio Taxi Service for Haldia is need of time. Please make this as soon as possible.

Haldia is a place where we have good numbers of migrant population that brings their culture and knowledge that can enrich the social plurality. To enhance and increase the cohesive social fabric to a higher level of social togetherness we all should work together beyond the cast and creed for Haldia.

The Smart City needs to minimize the unemployment among the citizens and generate livelihood options through smart city initiative. I think through skill development and vocational training institutions we can empower youth to add to the growth of Haldia. Economy of Haldia will grow if the youth will be employed in the local industries. More ITI and management institute are needed for Haldia to be a smart city.

Before we make Smart City, we have to make our citizen smart. Economy and education are two must for a smart citizen. Let’s first build the infrastructure that bring economic growth. Education infrastructure is already there but we need to focus on the skill development of the people of Haldia which will lead to employment generation.
