an idea to minimise accidents, smuggling chain, crime and many anti social activities by curbing the use of mobile while driving like above the speed of 20/30 km/hour, mobile could not remain as mobile at high speed. only Police, medical and other emergency services can talk on mobile on speed more than above suggested speed. some correction could be done at your end for the benefit of nation.
