Since last 10 months, statistics will show lowest number of new business registrations at all levels. Why there is no clarity of future prospects and those who were surviving are brink of closure and those prospering have come on survival level. Entrepreneurs have been given a raw deal both Indian and Foreign. Now is the time for govt to come clean and start giving a fillip to demand.

No entrepreneur has right to encroach on public property for private gains under garb of hawking. Encroachment is bane of Metro cities as previous UPA govt policies encouraged encroachment and penalized honest officers who remove encroachments. Small legal entreprenuers face competition from these illegal enroachers who pose as hawkers avail govt subsidies pay hafta and contribute nothing to nation's treasury. Have strong policy against encroachment from Centre state and municipal level.

What would the country prefer? A panipuriwala who is licensed in a legal premises selling pani puris and paying his fair share of taxes or a pani puri walla who sells panipuri who encroaches public property causes inconvienience to citizens, pays hafta for carrying on this business dirties and defaces public property, contributes to no taxes and inspite of earning more than legal guy latches on to virtually free food grains which he sells uses for in his business. MR PM YOU MUST DECIDE OR QUIT

Mr PM, Bureaucrats must take decisions if not strip them of decision making powers and powers by which they create harassment to businesses. Put them in totally advisory role those who in order to save themselves put progress of country to stake. Next take away the benfits that they enjoy as babus that humiliation is worse for them and finally VRS them forever. If you cannot do this, money that is waiting to be invested in India has better places to go and never will India progress.

Entrepreneurs big and small have a dream that drives them to leave cushy lives in favour of risky ventures. In salaried job you never lose but in ventures you can lose even that what you don't have. How many bureaucrats are entrepreneurs?NONE and sadly they are in charge of framing the rules for job creators. How many bureaucrats are job creators?NONE and they are in charge of harassing job creators. Each bureaucrat views entreprenurs as tax evaders and that mai-baap mentality has to changefirst

Risk and risk management is job of entrepreneur. Not greasing palms everywhere to start a new business. Laws here favour either extremely small enterprises which do not pay tax or very large organizations that pay huge tax and evade also proprtionately legally as well as otherwise. To create jobs and facilitate enterprises you need simple but strict laws and level playing field which sadly does not exist.

Start lending operations through technology directly between farmers and City folks for small amounts. This will free them from clutches of moneylenders. Mutually agreed between them, farmers will make money and let lender also get taste of high returns. Govt becomes facilitator by providing communication link between rural and urban through video conference booth in villages setup by govt.

Most laws are such that it is chicken first or egg first kind of situation where system works solely by palm greasing. E.G. Get SSI certificate first demands GIDC/MIDC and SSI demands first get land alloted from GIDC/MIDC. This has led to industry of consultants who are experts at laws and help entrepreneur navigate the laws but actually perfom function of middlemen between entrepreneur and department for corruption purposes. This takes place in all the departments.

Direct market selling gives good opportunity for a common man to enter in the business world. QNet gives you the same opportunity.
