As we know, that "an anti mind is a path of evil" .Livelihood opportunities for tribal people is done only by the education empowerment because if you directly provide the opportunities without education then the person will misuse the power or opportunities.

Biggest challenge is lack of motivation by government employees to go to these rural and tribal areas. Lower level employees should be allowed to buy at subsidized rate offroad bike with protective gear. It cost will just two thousand rupees or so. Motor cycle accessories to carry water bottle , umbrella , toolkit, emergency kit, all schemes cum a dud as these employees do not go to villages at all. All government offices which do not have reliable electricity should be solar powered.

Most of the tribal belts are deeply connected with naxalites or maoists as we have come to know them. Naxalites are labelled as home grown terror/ red terror etc. As in any society i am sure that we will find a lot of good thinking men on the naxal side as well. I would like to see the centre try to engage them in a meaningful dialogue and be fair to them and the tribals in the little they are seeking. They are our people, our country, our blood. Let us be reasonable to them.

illiteracy, extreme interior, ignorance & wine are huddles for their livelihood opportunities. If education for all of them, medical/hospitalization service etc. will available then only they will come/join in the mainstream

Tribals are living in Forests. They may be provided opportunities in the forests. If they will get jobs in forests then they will not play in the Hands of Naxalites .We may engage them in Plantations, care of plantations and to stop fire in forests. They may be put on job or they may be provided share in the products.Main work is to educate them. This work may be assigned to the Teachers trained from their communities. They may be sent on TOURS in cities to familiar them of cities life so that they---

For their livelihood, let them be the owners of forest products. Give them patent for their medical ideas. control the reach of alcohol into their premises. Give opportunities to them if anyone wishes to get into city system. Respect them is most important.

When tribal people in many part of India lives in forest areas, we think they are suffering. But they suffer when we interfere. We think our system is great. We have schools, hospitals, sanitation etc. But they live in a better place than ours. They eat fresh, they have their own medicinal system, they breath good air. When we impose our system on them, they suffer. Better do not do that. The only thing we can do is let us do not encroach into their area, do not displace them.
