I think that for the tribals the handloom factories related to their culture is a best option . Govt should encourage the tribe people about it through the village councils . The traditional hand made things are really in demand internationally . Like other countries like Thailand is large exporter of the tradional handellom in the word . Like it in India there is a large scope of the handloom and handicraft sector. Thank you

The word "Tribe" or Tribal itself denote people living in barbarous condition primitive, aboriginal under the clutches of any Headman or Chief outside the Tribal group. Now Tribal people themselves assured that they are born to suffer for death without basic need like food, clothing, shelter, water, sanitation, health, Education, Electricity.... etc. Before Independence and After, the lives of Tribal Farmer are same, challenging to live few minutes in peace in a day without having anything.JH

Rules and regulations of Contributory Health Service Scheme (CHSS)of autonomous institute of DAE should required to be monitored and irrelevant aspect to be removed.
For Including parents (Wholly dependent on son), How can government issue Zero income certificate. Then why institute/organization demands income certificate of parents who are wholly dependent. What is the alternate for it?
Some of says, shows minimum income under limit of CHSS rules...Is is right?
If not than do something

Also the tribal people from secluded villages have children's who are not able to study and become a bread earner for their Family. Helping the women getting some money and making them learn the importance of literacy, thereby educating their kids will see change to their world. They can lead a mere happy life similar to the persons in Urban cities.

Its seen in Tribal places that women's being talented are not able to show their talent to the world, due to abundance of fear, illiteracy, and lack of motivation. Why can't one make use of their Talents and help the societies of India thereby making them earn for their livelihood.
