Hon’ble P.M., In my view in changed times, every earning hand should be included in national building. People are interested for compliance provided rates of Income Tax are practical. In case of amnesty scheme, penalty has no scope. IDS may kindly be modified to old level 30%, moreover gladly compliance will bear more fruits. Regards,

निवेदन है कि अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही से सम्बन्धित मामलो जो कि विभिन्न मंत्रालयो मे एक वर्ष से अधिक समय से लम्बित है उनकी जांच करवा कर देरी के लिये जिम्मेदार अधिकारियो पर नियमानुसार कार्यवाही कराई जावे, जिससे कामचोर अधिकारी, कार्य मे लापरवाही नही करें, तथा माननिय न्यायालय की भावनाओ का भी सम्मान हो सके। माननिय, मै पुर्ण विश्वास के साथ कह सकता हु कि यह कार्य जनकोष के अपव्यय को रोकने मे तथा न्यायलयो मे लम्बित वाद को कम करने मे बहुत सहायक होगा। आपका विश्वासपात्र नागरिग व भारतिय जनता पार्टी का कार्यकर्ता

Where it is not possible for the employer to conclude due to certain unavoidable causes arising in the proceedings within the time frame then efforts should be made to conclude within reasonably extended period depending upon the cause and the nature of inquiry but not more than a year. मान्यवर, अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही समय पर पूरी नही करने से जनकोष का तथा मानव-श्रम का अपव्यय तो होता ही है साथ ही भ्रष्टाचार को भी बढावा मिलता है, ओर आरोपित अधिकारी का भी मानसिक व आर्थिक शोषण होता है।

33) Keeping these factors in mind, we are of the considered opinion that every employer (whether State or private) must make sincere endeavor to conclude the departmental inquiry proceedings once initiated against the delinquent employee within a reasonable time by giving priority to such proceedings and as far as possible it should be concluded within six months as an outer limit. Where it is not possible for the employer to conclude due to certain unavoidable causes arising in the proceedings

Hon’ble Prime Minister, it is regarding with digitisation of Voter list. I am from Nashik, Maharashtra & I have my name in voter list from my age of 18 now I am 38, but today I could not find my name in voter list to vote in Corporation election & I missed the chance to vote. My request is can you do something,just like online data for PAN details with IT department. Election commission can update data once for all linked with PAN or Aadhar Card. This my suggestion. Thank you.

माननिय, नरेन्द्र मोदीजी, प्रधान मंत्री भारत सरकार, महोदय, महोदय, भारत सरकार के विभिन्न मंत्रालयो मे अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही से सम्बन्धित, मामले एक वर्ष से अधिक समय से लम्बित है, यह जानकारी मुझे सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम से प्राप्त पत्रो से मिली है, महोदय, माननिय उच्चतम न्यायालय ने प्रेमबाली के मामले (Supreme Court of India, Prem Nath Bali vs Reg.,High Court Of Delhi Anr on 16 December, 2015 CIVIL APPEAL No.958 OF 2010) मे अनुशासनिक कार्यवाही को पुरा करने के लिये 6 माह का समय निर्धारित किया है|

Hon’ble Prime Minister in the best interest of future Gem of the Nation, parents be compelled for compulsory breakfast & defecation habits in kids in morning. Minimum Nursery age be 4 years and school time be changed to enhance the stamina & health index of children. Regards,
