It would be great if each and every ministry, department will be having customer care facility for grievances, like private tele callers who will attend problems of the customers to escalate to other departments in resolving. With toll free number to every department will make the grievances much easier, this will brings transparency and employment for many youth too. Kindly consider this suggestion.

Respected PM Sir,
Please see the PDF attachment.

Hon’ble Prime Minister, under developed country can’t afford to allow closing of govt. officers / Bank continuously for more than 2 days. This factor is the breed of corruption. You will kindly observe labour force work 7 days a week. Need to be compensated by NITI – AYOG by 4 days a week.

Hon’ble Prime Minister for the success of Make in India study of BIS standard required. Particularly for infrastructural items like pipe & other steel item, tolerances allowed in BIS – Standard should be reduced to 50% with immediate effect. There is rampat mis-use.
