Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, I would like to bring to your kind notice the problems faced by disabled officer trainees of indian Armed forces. they do not get ESM status, nor do they get medical facility. they also do not get financial benefits of an officer. These trainee officers are treated at par with peon as far as financial benefit is concerned. I would like you to announce the following welfare measures for them which is already approved by Raksha Mantri in March 2024. 1 ECHS facility 2 Disability pension at officer rate. 3 Resettlement options Hope you will consider these requests which are pending since 1996. Regards

Respected and exemplary Modi ji, We are celebrating the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence and many countrymen have sacrificed for this freedom movement. Especially Lal Bal Pal, we should not forget the contribution and sacrifice of these three great personalities. All three belonged to different provinces, different languages, different food and attire but their aim was one, their destination was one. For this one purpose of getting the country freedom, all three worked very hard and left no stone unturned to ignite the flame of freedom in every home. My suggestion is that you should announce on 15th August to give joint Bharat Ratna to Lal Bal Pal, the first revolutionary of the freedom struggle. Thank you, Your voter, Sudhirkumar Rajeshwaradas Agarwal i-203, Mahindra Royal Pimpri. Pune 411018 Mobile 9370384033

Respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji, I write on behalf of many young Indians medically boarded out from military academies due to service-related injuries. I joined the National Defence Academy to serve the nation, but an accident during training ended my dream. Many like me, from IMA, INA, AFA, and OTA, are now bedridden, on wheelchairs, or forced to restart education. Though our service ended early, our sacrifice was real and in the line of duty. We seek fairness, not sympathy. I request: Ex-Servicemen status, ECHS benefits, implementation of approved DGR schemes, linking Ex Gratia to stipend, and adoption of 2015 Expert Committee recommendations. Your intervention can honour our service, restore dignity, secure our future, and ensure that no cadet injured in training is ever left without recognition or support. We wish only to stand on equal footing and serve the nation in every possible way.

Dear Sir, This matter,if it hasn't,needs to reach your office for an early hearing which like the rights of fallen soldiers had been denied till date. Rights while we were, in line to discharge our duties towards our motherland. Im certain that you wouldn't even know till date that officer cadets like me who get medically invalided out of service while under training are deprived of the undermentioned 1. Medical facilities even for permanent disabilities 2 Pension at par with that of junior most officer rank, instead officers are treated at par with Class 4 employees and 1/2 of ther basic is considered while calculating our ex-gratia payment! And sir the worst part is this anomaly is just being carried forward without any rationale whatsoever, with a minimal impact on the exchequer. If only you can consider to study our demand for basic rights, we are certain you will understand our plight and act!
