Automation of Ticket checking system in Railways Background Currently ticketing checking done in railway by staff manually on random basis and frequency is very low. Railway has vast network and lakhs of people use railway in daily basis. Due to random checking there are high chances of revenue leackage and lack of services for valid ticket holder and passholder. Fine is collected by the TC from invalid ticket holder and there is atrocity happen during the fine collections. TC may also charge discretionary fees which resulted into loss of revenue to railways. Solution: Automate the ticket checking to ensure 100% compliances.
