India needs a major reforms in terms of corruption and restructuring of policies. The Govt sector people have a culture of corruption and poor work efficiency. Until and unless this improves, how will India develop. Besides many Govt portals also need to improve on infrastructures. The quality is often compromised due to corruption in all the levels. Existing policies and processes are just eyewash. Each and every individual should stand and contribute for the development of their country.

Respected Prime Minister I would like to draw your attention towards economic suffering of the families of Cancer patients, besides physical and mental agony to patient. In view of this it is humbly requested that Govt of India and respective state governments should bear the expenses for cancer treatment (ratio may be 70:30) at least for poor and lower middle class people. Cancer is complete economic and emotional disaster for the families who happened to be victims.
