Dear Sir, I am pleased to write this piece in the wake of August 15. I am a member of a farming family. My great-grandfather, Adhichan (Pattoli Adhichan), was a freedom fighter and herbal practitioner. I am proud of that heritage. I bow my head in respect to all the known and unknown freedom fighters and their tireless and relentless efforts during this significant moment. It is a great achievement that our leaders have positioned our nation as a superpower among others. By 2040, I want our nation to be a developed country. I believe that our administrators can achieve this goal. Happy Independence Day! Thank you. Yours sincerely, (Sd/-) Bhagyaraj V.B. Udayanoor House Edathitta P.O. Regardless of where they live, girls and women are forced to tolerate harassment, overcrowding, and unsafe travel conditions. This is unacceptable in a modern, inclusive India. My proposal is simple and low-cost: Add one additional ladies-only coach at the rear of the train on [route/train name] as part of a 3-month pilot program. This is not just about comfort — it is about ensuring that women have a safe, independent mode of travel without depending on male company for protection. Why this is urgent: Women often choose costlier private buses or flights simply because they feel unsafe in general coache
