Suggestion for the 79th Independence Day Address "Nationwide Mission for Digital Literacy and Cybersecurity Awareness" As India takes rapid strides towards becoming a global digital leader, it is essential that every citizen — from urban youth to rural elders — is empowered with not just access to technology, but also the knowledge to use it safely and effectively. we should launch of a Nationwide Mission for Digital Literacy and Cybersecurity Awareness, with following objectives:Digital Skills for All – Equip every household with the basic skills needed for using smartphones, online banking, e-governance portals, and telemedicine. Cyber Safety Education – Educate citizens, especially school children, on online fraud prevention, responsible social media use, and data privacy. .Inclusion in Governance – Promote digital participation in policy feedback, grievance redressal, and eventually, secure online voting in the future.

The system must ensure end-to-end encryption, voter anonymity, and robust cyber protection against any manipulation. Key Benefits: • Enable elderly and differently-abled citizens to vote from home. • Allow working professionals, travellers, NRIs, and students away from the

GOVERNMENT HAD PERMITTED TO INTRODUCE ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE AD SUBJECT IN VARIOUS STATE/ CENTRAL UNIVERSITIES, ENGINEERONG INSTITUTIOND AND COLLEGES. BUT THE RECRUITMENT IN THIS DISCIPLINE IS VERY LESS. THE ENVIRONMENT IS VETY SENSTIVE SUBJECT FOR STATE, CENTRE , FOR OUR COUNTRY AS WELL AS WOTLD WIDE. EVEN THEN THE SPECIALIZED SUBECT IS NOT BEING INTRODUCED IN INTERMEDIATE EDUCATION. MY HUMBLE REQUEST IS TO INTRODUCE THIS SUBJECT " ENVIRONMRNTAL SCIENCE" A COMPLETE MANDATORY SUBJECT IN NCERT, AICTE AND UGC SYLLABUS. THIS WILL MAKE MORE AWARE TO OUR CITIZENS, AS WRLL AND CREATE MORE JOBS OPPORTINITIES. THANKS & REGARDS
