Have Objective KPIs revolving around efficiency, public centric Those should be published and all Central Govt employees to be reviewed. Have one feedback mechanism from general public for all these Central government deptratings. Transparent review is must. Else Central govt officials inefficiencies and corruption and favour to big guys will result in general public suffering. I can quote many examples wherein still officials take bribe to hide Tax evasions and other corrupt practic

Animal welfare board of India should be more active and for that more people must be employed in the board. AWB of India must work along with the foreign animal welfare NGO-s to make improvements for wild and captive animals. Poor families should not get free cows from the government for them to earn their living. Because, they simply leave the cow roam in the streets and get their milk. Hence cows get sick and weak and are sold by them for slaughter. Animal hospitals ( Tamil Nadu )

Any organisation which is looking for systematic improvement should aim at Continual Improvement of its processes and people. This will be possible only if proper systems are laid down and useful tools are provided to the staff to adapt to the systems. Continual Improvement is an integral part of QMS - Quality Management System. Hence, all government organisations should go in for ISO 9001:2015 Certification to set their house in order and to ensure quality services to public at large.

Sir, Public Grievance Cells working not properly. They send grievance to accused firms. Accused firms given irrelevant explanation and Grievance closed. So grievance closing rights to Grievance received first person and Petitioner. Any Public Grievance registered complaints closed by the Grievance First received person and Petitioner both acceptance. Ex: HDFC BANK CHEATING.
