Suggestions for systematic improvements in central government departments/organizations is very necessary in present scenario.suggestion and implementation are two things. We all should give our contribution toward suggestions. Give good suggestions is our right and implementation depends upon them. Our central government departments require lot of improvements and one important is to make all work online and bribing should end. Online and access to every single person is our present demand.....

I think that it is extremey necessary to closely and continuously monitor and regulate the process of Human Capital Development which has been taking place at the educational institutions of our country. Probably we will not deny that most of the HEIs are not performing as per expectation. Consider the case of award of Ph D by the universities. Prepare a subjectwise team to review the theses awarded and send report to the university for appropriate corrective measures.

pmo seems to have lost complete in monitoring and evaluation of various ministries. In defense taking years even in govt to govt contacts eg AMCA engine and acquisition of aircrafts. But greatest worry is in economic mangt, seems PM's tenure will go down as the worst in this field. Why don't take help of Dr. Subramanian Swamy,, brightest brain available. With exception of 1or 2 ministries, all are underperforming. PM has to do quarterly review and sack ministers and bureaucrats alike,no time l

All courts maybe made working round the clock in three shifts of 8 hours or 4shifts of 6 hours. Delay in justice will be reduced. Tarikh pe tarikh culture will become shift pe shift on same day. Court fee @10% of financial beneficiary may be lavied after court's decision. Court fees will be for salary of extra Judges required to work in 4shifts. No extra infrastructure needed only four times manpower needed. Lot of jobs will be generated. Self reliant eco system of judiciary may developed .

Namaste Ji, We need to start implementing digital platform in all the departments. We should have a provision to connect all the departments in later stage. We can start implementing IoT, AI/ML, Chatbots(Voice and Text), Blockchain in all departments. It will help us to move paperless environment and connect and serve the citizen from anywhere. Notification service also to be enabled.
