On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Dignity of labour ! will we ever see MP/MLA babus & their relations cleaning public toilets. /parks ! cooking cleaning washing 4 free midday meal ? globe trotters even american prez kids do it & taught in schools ! Apprentice act 4 skills ! when & where ? Y Babus pay lac crores 4 infrastructure existing only in papers ! Roads turned ravines in 3 months ! what design/benchmark approval ! any babus punished 4this ? maintenance budget 20-25% per year goes in pocket of Judiciary/babus officially!

AICTE/UGC/NBA must inspect institutes without announcing their arrivals. Teachers are teacher's enemy. They being in the committee have not ensured transparency in the functioning of institutes. Teachers have not got their salaries, they are not paid as per norms. in many of the institutes regulated by the Govt agencies. Faculty from institutes which meet all the norms must be the only ones as part of various committees and in turn they must ensure compliance from institutes they visit.

Respected sir I would like to draw your attention that please start looking Bihar in terms of job and industry. we don't want Nitish as a CM as he has been ruling since 15yrs and we r on t same place. choose someone else who can do better in your guidance. we are constantly being ignored from society in terms of value and industry and job. please make young CM or good one except Nitish. he has serve his term alot doing nothing just as being CM. I hope you consider this. it's voice of all Bihar.

सिस्टम के अधिकारी ईमानदार होने चाहिए।कोई काम के लिए दो department के बिच उलझन नहीं होनी चाहिए सभी,काम ठीक तरीके से विभाजित होने चाहिए।ओर वैसे तो सभी जगह मोदीजी ने डिजिटल करने का प्रयत्न कर रहे तो सरकारी संस्थानों जहा कम्प्यूटर नहीं पहोचे ओर जहा इसकी सुविधा है वहां भी नए सॉफ्टवेयर अथवा एप्लिकेशन के माध्यम से उनके काम को सरल बनाया जाए और उनको प्रशिक्षित किया जाए।इसमें हैकिंग की समस्या आ सकती हैं इसलिए ज्यादा सुरक्षित सॉफ्टवेयर अथवा एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग करना चाहिए।इश के लिए हमारे युवाओं जो इस क्षेत्
