On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

सरकारी कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु भारतीय दंड सहिता अंतर्गत विभिन्न कानून है और जिसे सरकारी कार्यालय मे पोस्टर लगा कर प्रदर्शित कर आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है। उसी प्रकार भारत के नागरिको को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु भारतीय दंड सहिता अंतर्गत कानून बनाना चाहिये और जिसे सरकारी कार्यालय मे पोस्टर लगा कर प्रदर्शित कर आम जनता एवं सरकारी कर्मचारियो को सूचित किया जाना चाहिये। दोनो प्रकार के कानून साथ साथ प्रदर्शित किये जावे तो बेहतर होगा। 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🆗️.

The most important security our country needs to maximise in our near future is CYBER SECURITY because the threat to important and confidential data may lead to several loopholes in the project and that might result in damage to organizations. Everyone needs to think in a research-oriented way once getting the degree so that more and more enthusiast people will develop who can able to conduct various experiments. Our generation only has bookish knowledge if research combines all will be good.

भारत के नागरिको को सरकारी कर्मचारी/अधिकारी जब अपनी ड्युटी पर हो, का नाम, फोटो एवं पदनाम जानने का अधिकार देना चाहिये, कई बैंको, सरकारी विभागो में कर्मचारी फोटो पहचान पत्र पहनते है जिसे सिर्फ कर्मचारी खुद ही पढ़ सकते है। फोटो पहचान पत्र साईज में बड़ा, कमजोर नजर वाला व्यक्ति भी आसानी से पढ़ लेवे ऐसा होना चाहिए। अब नागरिक कर्मचारी का नाम, पदनाम जानेगा जिसने काम अटकाया, दुर्व्यवहार किया। सरकार शिकायत में कर्मचारी का नाम, पदनाम जान सकेगी। फोटो पहचान पत्र नही पहनना कार्य में रूकावट माना जावे और दंडनीय हो।

श्रीमान जी नमस्कार के साथ निवेदन है कि भुतल परिवहन,विदेश मंत्रालय, रक्षा विभाग,ऊर्जा विभाग,ऑयल गैस, स्वास्थ्य विभाग सहित सभी क्षेत्रों में बेहतर कार्य हो रहा है व आमूल चूल परिवर्तन है पर न्याय पालिका एवं दूरसंचार दो विभाग ऐसे है कि इनमें तनिक भी सुधार नही और अगर मोदी युग मे भी ये विभाग में बदलाव नही आया तो भविष्य में इन विभागों में बदलाव भविष्य में संभव नही निवेदन निचली अदालतों से लेकर ऊपर की अदालतों तक लंबित वादों की वर्षो की पेंडेंसी खत्म करनी होगी व दूरसंचार विभाग को बिना निजीकरण के सुधार

Make everything transparent 1) Financial transactions 2) descions taken there 3) recruitment of various officers and staffs 4) purchase of infrastructures and commodities Give rights to people 1) let people vote to make desiciosn by experts 2) let people raise questions or criticise/appreciate at its desicions
