On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

Encoragement of public private patnership , as that will erode redtapism ,reduce corruption ,and also will have govt monitoring the project , development and resources used wisely ,such ppp projects need to get fdi ,with govt being patner ,and govt also earning in said project ,encouraging development in india with commitment and skill set of private patner and resorces facilitation by govt and govt profiting as well as developing ,and tax also being paid in integrity with govt monitoring it

Govt to come foward with policy on cash use in development , which is generally hoarded and not use in development ,to save tax , such cash need to be encouraged in deploying in infrastructure , labour payments , rural development , where receipts are cash ,long term returns , industry developments , sectors where our banks desist in giving loans , highway construction with toll incentive ,the cash and chq returns shall tally post paying or not paying tax ,or use cash for financing at less rates

Sir please make Corruption free India and keep watch on all the government employees & politicians accounts, movable and immovable properties especially in Karnataka. Most of the citizens money is with them

To regulate central govt dept Online PGC is there but it will be more effective if same would be there at lower level too as state and municipal level where it's not there or online grievance cell is not working Let govt invite interests & open startups & then sell it to interested ones to speed up & regulate too . Order all ministries to go online , link everything to Aadhar even online casting of votes. No private advertisement rather govt in elections.

Prayers to see targeted advertisement & schemes to address now 1)- #hum5hamare50 - where r the sterilization clinics outside all mosques & madrassas ! Begin both with bimaroo (UP/Bihar/Bengal) & Literate states (kerala/tamil/telangana) Make keralagovernor /naqvis/akbars/owaissi the face 3core to 50 crore in 50 years ? 2)- Traffic offences/rape crimes 3) azans & loudspeakers volume control , no capturing /littering on public property 4) Indian islamic colonies across africa -Soft power !

Make everything transparent 1) Financial transactions 2) descions taken there 3) recruitment of various officers and staffs 4) purchase of infrastructures and commodities Give rights to people 1) let people vote to make desiciosn by experts 2) let people raise questions or criticise/appreciate at its desicions

The most important security our country needs to maximise in our near future is CYBER SECURITY because the threat to important and confidential data may lead to several loopholes in the project and that might result in damage to organizations. Everyone needs to think in a research-oriented way once getting the degree so that more and more enthusiast people will develop who can able to conduct various experiments. Our generation only has bookish knowledge if research combines all will be good

सरकारी कर्मचारियों को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु भारतीय दंड सहिता अंतर्गत विभिन्न कानून है और जिसे सरकारी कार्यालय मे पोस्टर लगा कर प्रदर्शित कर आम जनता को सूचित किया जाता है। उसी प्रकार भारत के नागरिको को सुरक्षा प्रदान करने हेतु भारतीय दंड सहिता अंतर्गत कानून बनाना चाहिये और जिसे सरकारी कार्यालय मे पोस्टर लगा कर प्रदर्शित कर आम जनता एवं सरकारी कर्मचारियो को सूचित किया जाना चाहिये। दोनो प्रकार के कानून साथ साथ प्रदर्शित किये जावे तो बेहतर होगा। 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🆗️.
