On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

It is time talent focus in India growth, discourage H1B visa's, talent to stay in their regional area. Biggest problem is very talented people with out hard effort shielding govt from people. Very talented people enforce govt programs like CCP or erstwhile british governors. 70 years of top talent did not improve village and 2nd tier cities life, they are just becoming managers instead of leaders. We can not pull talented people from local regions, instead figure out a way for local contributio

Govt cannot just rely on tata,ambani,adani,,wipro,infosys,,if they collapse india will be impacted , govt need to encourage and support small and group of enteupeuner like nimo fish documentary ,wherein a group of fish combines to form big fish ,such lacs of nimo fish like enteupeuners are needed by india ,if captain is supported crew will be taken care of , an new entity of group of related chain of enteupeuner need to be launched in bse ,nse ,making them look big and attracted to investment

Give the power to some Corporate CEO's they will lead the Government organisations to an corruption free and profitable organizations. Peoples also get their services on very short time.

Govt need to include participation of opposition leaders in implementation of govt schemes ,creating policies ,reaching masses, ,let opposition leaders head greivance commitee at various grassroot lvl ,showing loopholes in governance and plug it without ego ,active development related participation of opposition leaders ,required to expedite development and reach huge population ,give some official ,posts ,commitee , subjects of development or enhancing development schemes ,let them reach masses

Respected sir, I Fully deaf and dumb girl like many there are many which are 100% hearing impairment and speechless but still we get not a special kind of provision like ortho and blind get even in many govt. Sector they want work experience from government/Autonomous sector for udc post as we are able to do all practical work as we learn and done from our schooling and graduati ,category reservation are benefited for all hearing but in that 100% deaf and dumb are not getting correct right ...

ग्राम/ वार्ड ,ब्लाक,जिला,राज्य, केंद्र सभी विभाग को एक प्लेट फ़ार्म बने जिसमे कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक अधार नम्बर से लगिन्ग कर के अपनी समस्या / शिकायत / आवेदन कर सके आवेदन का सरल फार्मेट बनाया जय जिसे 12 वी पास का व्यक्ति अप्रत कर सके आवेदन/शिकायत/सुझाव का समाधान नियत समय मे किया जाना आवश्यक हो । देश मे भ्रस्टाचार बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ ग्या है विभिन्न विभागो की केंद्र या राज्य जिला जनपद ग्राम/वार्ड मे व्याप्त भ्रष्टचार पर रौ लगना अतिआवश्यक है । पुरे देश के भू अभिलेख को अन लाईन किया जाय

On a macro level what needs to be done is to improve education and i think schools should be full day 7am-4/5pm it should include everything from regular yoga, fitness, mind games like chess etc and meditation. And another thing should be skills workshops, this is high need to invest in skills for workers to get better job opportunities. And infrastructure needs to be increased and transparency of the process needs to be understood.
