On the occasion of the Observance of सतर्कता जागरूकता पखवाड़ा (Fortnight of Vigilance Awareness 2020) from October 27 – November 10, 2020, in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), it is to inform all citizens in general that at the outset of the Vigilance Awareness Week, the Central Vigilance Commission, as the apex anti-corruption body of the country endeavouring to promote integrity, transparency and accountability in public life has launched a new initiative for citizens to suggest systemic improvements in Central Government Organisations.

Citizens may send a maximum of three suggestions of not more than 200 words each and submit in PDF format only.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) looks forward to citizens participation and valuable suggestions that will help to improve our governance system.

We need to change unorganised sector like Construction industry to a organised one. We can give training to them and place in construction industry

Now Central GOVT has National Ration Card no. and their details with you, so I suggest on that base all Senior Citizen should get FREE medicines under PMJAY and if possible regular free home delivery and FREE treatment under Aayushyaman Bharat Yojana to all deserving sr. citizen.

1. The systematic improvements should not be generalized among CGOs,it appears in such a way Target without specific result will come out. 2. All Central Schemes should be very simple, straight towards Target covering Rural areas. 3. All CGOs should have specific fruitful result oriented Targets.

For Resident address Proof,the Aadhar can also be included in AMFI and BSE. Many persons do not have Driving License or Voter ID as their current address. But all have Aadhar card, so Aadhar can be included for submission as address proof in KYC.

Indian manufacturing companies rarely have their R&D units as the cost of R&D is very high and they are not earning enough to take up such thing. R&D funds have to be provided or augmented by Govt. The govt is some how is spending in portals and trading platforms instead of funding research. This is major disadvantage when competing with MNCs and hence we are not able to provide better products or improve yourself. software apps and platforms also govt looks for become quick rich schemes.

Based of performace evauation of employees give compulsary retirement (though they will be held responsible for their mis doings) to those who are at the bottom ten percent of performance ranking. This way we can bring in new blood with good mind set and they will create conducive work atmosphere.

सबसे पहला काम यह होना चाहिए की प्रत्येक विभाग से सम्बन्धित लाभन्थित को डिजिटली जोड़ना विभाग की प्रथमिकता होनी चाहिए जिस से भविष्य मे होने वाली सुविधा की सुचना डिजिटली जन मानस तक आसानी से पहुच सके

, In the present hi-tech industrialization, the quality of material along with up-to-date products to be manufactured and supplied. But some of the government agencies, industries and factories are not able deliver the accurate certified quality materials like private sectors. Because, in the government organisations there are a few overheads and lack of updated technology. And also lot of administrative and lengthy process, process has become main cause. The government should encourage.

there is a need for central government and its departments to carry out all its daily tasks in speedy and efficient manner so that every citizen may benefit. There is a need of a strong IT backbone for the country that connects all offline work to online for a speedy and rapid execution of the tasks. If our country gets a super efficient erp solution like backbone it can help to serve people in remote areas also. In short digitalization of the government.
