The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), with other departments of the
Government of India (GoI), is working on building an enabling ecosystem to leverage digital platforms for transformative social, economic and governance impact, through a citizen-centric approach.

The next step towards improving the lives of Indian citizens in a transformative way, is to build robust ‘National Open Digital Ecosystems’ (NODE), i.e. open and secure digital delivery platforms, anchored by transparent governance mechanisms, which enable a community of partners to unlock innovative solutions, to transform societal outcomes.

Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) has come out with a whitepaper which highlights key elements of NODE and describes the paradigm shift from earlier approaches to digital governance or ‘GovTech’. It establishes design principles that can help realize the full potential of open digital ecosystems to create transformative impact across sectors. The final chapter of the whitepaper lists a set of key questions on which public consultation is sought.

The purpose of this whitepaper is to solicit public comments towards a comprehensive national strategy on NODE. We would like to adopt a participatory process to prepare this strategy and seek perspectives from a broad spectrum of stakeholders including government officials in the Centre and the States, policy researchers, entrepreneurs, technology developers, and civil society, more broadly.

To facilitate the analysis of the comments / feedback, you are requested to please mention page numbers in your feedback. [For example, #Page 26 – Suggestion] This will help us compile and analyse the feedback in a structured manner.

In case you have more than one suggestion to offer, you may find it convenient to type out your comments (with page nos.) in a separate document and upload the same.

Green Zone definition is not area wise or locality wise, it is district wise. And districts are so big that it may happen that active case may be tens of kilometres away from your locality. That is why I suggested that districts shall also be further divided in Red Zones, Orange Zones and Green Zones. Red Zones Shall be sealed with no movement, Orange zones around Red Zones as buffer zone where limited activities may be allowed and in Green Zones normal activities may be allowed

internet services are available at much cheaper rate. much of the man hours are being wasted for unnecessary browsing and use of the social media for non constructive works. many posts on social medias are increasing the division between the people on the basis of religion, caste etc. make browsing of scientific and technical sites cheap and browsing of other sites be much costlier. increase per GB cost and save young generation from addiction of social sites and destruction of India.

Dear sir ,my one of the suggestion is about Bank fraud jaise ki Atm se money withdraw karne ke liye hame Pin dalna padta h vaise hi agar Pin ki jagah thumb impression daalna pade to ATM lost se hone vale fraud bahut kam ho sakte h.ye jaruri hona cahiye ki A/C holder apne hisaab se min 5 person ka thumb ko Authorize kar sake money withdraw karne ke liye.na keval ATM balki sabhi jagah online shopping ke time par bi only thumb impression se hi transection ho je bahut jaruri ho gaya h.

Dear sir, A digital ecosystem is a distributed, adaptive, open socio-technical system with properties of self-organisation, scalability and sustainability inspired from natural ecosystems. Digital ecosystem models are informed by knowledge of natural ecosystems, especially for aspects related to competition and collaboration among diverse entities.

It is waste of time to watch inconclusive debates on TV. Even anchors do not know how to conclude and they just say due to time constraints they have to conclude. After watching few such debates, one could not make out whether he stands pro or against the point. These debates increase BP of normal persons.
