Spitting to be a Punishable Offence should be continued even after the Lock down. For implementing it very cost efectively I have one suggestion. The person spitting should be Charged Rs. 1000 for eg. and out of the same the person helping in the implementation of the said rule should be given 25-50% whereby the Government will spare the remaining for administration purpose. It will amount as an additional income for some and a good punishment actually Spitting
