A citizen traffic constable app. The app enables citizens to upload videos of violations taking place. The video should clearly show face of the violator as well as license plate number. When proved for violation based on video evidence fine will be collected from violator. A commision of the fine goes to the citizen traffic constable. Checks should be in place so that the citizen traffic constable does not violate (by filming while driving etc).

Vande Mataram! How many traffic POLICE can discipline 132 Cr Population? Impossible! Enable Non-Tamperable GPRS SIM to all vehicles for tracking; attach vehicle>owner>aadhar/company>Driving License>Bank Account and bring under CCTV-GPRS-Surveillance while it is in motion. Develop infra-structure on road to enhance surveillance. Fine violators & deduct directly>Intimate by mail & sms real time. You can bring road discipline in less than 30 days in the country, & build revenue for our POLICE

People coming out in large numbers to buy liquor from liquor shops without following social distancing norms is disturbing. This is not the failure of government alone. It is mainly failure of citizens. This is mob mentality which prompted government to enforce lockdowns as people have no control on their own behaviour. This also shows that people are not yet ready to come out of lockdown even after so many days of continuous efforts of government to make them aware of risks and safeguards

Whenever India decides to come out of lockdown, it would not be sudden. It has to be graded relaxation and government is trying to do this. People shall have to learn to live with corona. Lockdown is a lesson to make people learn this lesson gradually.

DRDO has also developed UV sanitizing machine for mass sanitization at work places and malls. Hope such inventions will be able to remove fear of virus from the minds of people and help restore normalcy in days to come
