Honble PM Sirji , As a matter of developing confidence in the mind of Business community We should endeavour to stop issuing new Notifications and Circulars under Direct and Indirect taxes , (except for any highly needed one which is only for reduction of tax or exempting from compliance’s ) With this also the business community will be happily focus on doing business . In true sense because of this Notification Happy Tax Administration , doing business in India is never a easy affair .

The gas leak at LG Polymer plant at Vishakhapatnam and loss of precious lives is quite unfortunate. As per reports, when there was gas leak, immediately the siren should have been sounded to warn inside plant employees of an On-Site Emergency and when the leak could not be contained and it went beyond their boundaries, siren should have been sounded to declare an Off-Site Emergency to warn people living nearby villages. But there does not seem to any evidence of any alarm. Was it a negligence?

When a settlement starts growing around a big company, no government agency checks it. When it grows to an extent that it can not be removed, they regularise it. When this grows bigger, it chokes the company which is the basic reason of their existence

It is a matter of investigation that whether there was an On-Site Plan or Off-Site Plan or not? Whether this type of situation of gas leak was ancipitated in that plan? Who prepared the plan and if any rehearsal of the plan was actually carried out
