If an AADHAAR Number holder expires (dies) it is the immediate kith and kin's responsibility of communicating/informing deceased person's name and AADHAAR number to the UIDAI through the Registrar of State's Birth and Death. Because no one should get the opportunity to misuse the deceased person's AADHAAR Number. The government may consider making it as a rule that Hospital and Clinics must capture patient's AADHAAR Number and update through special portal and login provided to them.

(ii)There is no security in all services. Many of VLEs do not provide services due to unsecurity in those services. You must make every service secure and profitable. (iii)You must provide subsidy in WIFIChoupal service because its price is much higher than market price. You must work on BharatNet project in Mission Mode to maintain connectivity in rural areas. (iv) Many of VLEs overcharging for these services. You must ensure that there is no overcharging.

Sir, I would like to suggest about CSC Scheme under Public Internet access program of Digital India. Many of CSCs do not provide all services to the citizens of their locality. You should issue guideline that every CSCs must provide every services to citizens. But, there is a lot of issues of VLEs in providing every services. (i) There is lack of funding in VLEs. Banks do not provide loans through Mudra scheme or any other scheme. You must bring an act through which banks cannot refuse Loan.

...Transactions. For example, they can open a Bank account at a click of a mouse and at a touch of a smartphone through AADHAAR Credentials. All the personal Communication devices should come with the Bio-Metric and IRIS sensor features in order to Individual to authenticate the transaction by using AADHAAR Credentials. I somewhat believe our nation's people life easier. However, the strong Data Security is need of the hour which I think our nation is capable of achieving the same.

Like, how the western countries now following the path of "Protectionism" we also keep our nation's Interest and Nation's people's interest to be protected. Since we are generating more E-wastes due to abundant consumption of electronic gadgets and products, we need to set up lots of private and public Refurbishment and Recycling Industrial units which also will give jobs to people and keep our country out of Junk. Thanks.

Dear Sir, I suggest personal verification of a person applying for Aadhaar Card. Because, many Bangladeshi, Nepali Citizens are illegally residing in India. Now, they are having Election Card, Aadhaar Card, PAN card, etc. This happens because of issuing the proofs without personal verification. There are also peoples migrating within India for example One person of UP committed crime and now he is residing in Gujarat. He is having all proofs as a resident of Gujarat!!!
