second, India must need to accept the ground reality of our education system. We are going far from the Technology based study. We are still very much focused on theoretical and old model based study methods but other countries are developing themselves very fast especially in technology. As I am studying in Europe (Portugal) and I meet lots of Indian students and based on that experience I have no hesitation to say that other countries are making a huge difference.

first and foremost Govt should discuss How innovations and innovative people will be promoted for a healthy society. If you will create some innovative people through different competitions in future we could compete with other countries since the whole world is growing very rapidly but we have to look at our population and we have to develop ourselves from that perspective also. We can organize some school-level innovation challenge to make our future generation passionate innovative.

Continuing my comment if you bring strict rules like compulsory in all railwaystations or in buses we should buy tickets through cards oly defnitly it works, evn in petrol bunks.becoz suddenly u cant go for hightech banking becoz village are unable to follow this..so this card system will be like basic for everyone throughout india.later as the time wents u can bring still more upgraded methods for cashless.but for starting it is best method. Modiji jst thnk yourself.it works and it hapns.

Respected sir, you are trying to make india as a cashless country..but once you think still there are lot of uneducated people still who dont know to use andriod mobiles..so what i am telling means u cant expect india as a cashlesscountry only by bhimapp or paytm.why cant you bring a smartcard system like we use in metro stations.in that our money let it be stored in a points. And those cards we can use in trains buses tobuy tickets.mainly in petrol bunks,we canrecharge how we do for mobicurncy

Necessity is the mother of invention. We should formulate the policy is a such way that every individual should feel the necessity of getting aquanted with digital India. Artificially creating the shortage of cash by restricting the flow of currency.Limited portion of cash which people deposits should return back in the economy. All agri product should be soled in the market through a portal

Social Traffic Policng- Part 2 - A mobile app should be developed to take pictures. The pictures taken by this app will be digitally signed in order to authenticate the person who has taken the pictures and also ensure the date and time of picture taken. - Every vehicle owner will have some amount blocked and the amount will be deducted as and when the traffic rules are broken. The vehicle insurance will not be renewed until earlier dues are cleared - Incentivized the person who take pictures

Social Traffic Policing -- Part 1 As a social responsibility people should not rely on traffic police for penalizing on breaking traffic rules. Anybody take pictures if someone break traffic rules and upload on the local traffic government site. There should be an easy way to verify if the traffic rule was really broken. Once confirmed the person should be penalized accordingly.
