Mahaan Karmachari app will have all central and State government staffs registered with them. All the Staffs will be provided with a QR Code enabled Name card holder or Name badge, which will be visually displayed by them. The MK app is a citizen centric Performance Management RATE AND RANK the staffs program. Already Citizen’s Report Card (CRC) and Community Score Card (CSC) monitoring tools are existing, but this will have a direct and better public accountability. Page 6

We need a very strict STAFF DISCIPLINARY MANAGEMENT Mechanism to handle such unruly staffs. The Government of India has already developed monitoring and evaluation systems for its staffs; we want the discipline part to be included in the project. It’s not only about unruly people, but also about non performing, absentee’s staffs to be under observation. Page 4

The said staffs don’t show any remorse or guilt and feel they can’t be punished and get out of trouble with mere warnings from their higher authorities. Page 3

I would like to bring to your notice about one particular huge existing reality that many (most) of these Public servants (particularly in Railways, Police, Magistrate offices, etc…) are reportedly behaving very rude, aggressive, arrogant, loud, violent, abusive and non friendly. We can find many such incidences in newspaper reports about the fight, quarrels and physical violence. Page 2

I sincerely appreciate and am glad that our Government is actively promoting e-governance plans under the Digital India Initiative. Our Ministry of HRD has worked on various sub projects like e-office, e-file, e-leave, e-tour and many more for government officials and staff members. Now the matter of concern is about the GOVERNMENT STAFFS. There are several lakhs of staffs working and they range from Director, Section Officer, Assistant Director, Accounts Officer, Information Officer Page 1

#DigitalPayments Hon'ble PM sir,I believe that a digital way of making payments for petrol and diesel can reduce the overall consumption of those non-renewable energy sources.Every person would own a card with a specific amount and which could be recharged just once a week.Every time the person fills in the petrol the amount would be deducted from his/her card. This would also make petrol payments cashless.

Digitization of Food supply. Like LPG gas connection and subsidy, Ration should also provide and distribute, so that the black marketing, price variation will control and illegal stock of items will banned. Surely this will change the living standards of people.

Why not implement Online Voting - Vote from Where you are? Suggestion in the attached file. Ensures transparent and accountable voting system, speed, doable and ensures maximum voters participation including NRIs and Beggars alike. Sustainable and highly economical, data security is ensured - akin to going to an ATM, transact money and instantaneously get an SMS that you have voted to phalana person with phalana symbol. India can do it. innovate or keep doubting EVMs/VVPATs.

Considering the fact that digital India faces issue in penetrating to the rural India, digitization should start from the basic necessities. a) e- marketing and selling through social medium that could bridge the gap between the producers and consumers, hence more profits to the producers. a) e-medicine -rural doctors and e-centers can help individuals to order unavailable/long term needed medicines through online.
