India is such a huge agricultural country where 50% of the fresh produce gets waisted. This calls for a dire need to advance our cold storage/ supply chain and food processing sector. This single sector has a huge potential to create hundreds of thousands of jobs while minimizing the loss of natural resources and prospering our farmers. I work in food processing sector in the US as a food safety subject matter expert. How can I share my knowledge and experience to help develop this area in India
