Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance or UMANG developed by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology was inspired from the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister, who said “e-Governance, let us think about ‘mobile first’ and thus give importance to m-Governance”.

On November 23, 2017, the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi dedicated the UMANG Mobile app to the Nation with 163 services. UMANG is an initiative to build a common, unified platform, aggregating major government services of Center, States, local bodies, including important utility services, to facilitate a single point access through mobile app, anytime, anywhere. Citizens need to download just one mobile application and can access multiple services.

UMANG was envisaged to have a transformative and historic impact on the lives of citizens by allowing them to avail digital services on 24*7, without any intermediary. Connected government, effective & economic governance, citizen centricity, inclusiveness, universal access and citizen participation in governance are some of the key benefits of UMANG for citizens as well as the Government.

Within a short period of its successful running, the mobile app bagged the ‘Best m-Government Service’ award at the 6th World Government Summit held at Dubai, UAE, in February 2018. UMANG also won at the IDC Digital Transformation Awards 2018 in August, under the category Omni-experience Innovator, which recognized it as a pioneering initiative.

The ‘Digital India Jury choice award 2018-19’ and DARPG Gold award 2018-19 for ‘Excellence in providing Citizen Centric Delivery’ respectively, were also bestowed upon UMANG. Information dissemination and delivery of government services, for assisting citizens on various aspects of life & livelihood, is being taken to another level through the consolidation of many important and widely used government services onto a single unified mobile app i.e. UMANG

UMANG Team now invites your suggestions for which 3 new services to on-board from State/Central Government departments on to the UMANG Platform.

please make one app where any person can submit his alive certificate for getting his pension in any place in India.at present all pensioner are facing difficulties specially senior citizens.

सर लोगों को पैसे जरूरत के अनुसार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए एक बैंक खोला जाए जिसमे हर व्यक्ति 100 rs में एक बार सिर्फ खाता खोलेगा और उसके नीचे 2 ,4 ,8 ,16 के अनुसार लोग आने पर प्रति व्यक्ति उसको 5 rs उसके सैलरी की तरह उसको बैंक की तरफ से दिए जाते रहे। ये कामयाब होगा क्योंकि daily birth होते हैं और जब लोग उन बच्चों का birth सर्टिफिकेट apply करें तभी उनके नाम 100 rs भी एकाउंट में जमा करा दे। इसे monetization के announcement की तरह apply करना होगा ताकि सभी लोग खुद ही बैंक पहुच कर पैसे जमा कराए।

The PF trust managed by private companies is a true blind spot. No way to check balance, not flexible to operate. Employees are thrown at Employer mercy. Please safeguard public interest in this. Please let EPFO manage all PFs. Enable PF Trust passbook access and allow operations by Employee.

Need to control on all insurance company who are increasing their policy rate. which is not affordable by General people. They increased their rate three times specifically health care policy. please do merger of all insurance companies in INDIA. Also give rebate of 3 times that affordable by every citizen of india

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji It is my request to make awareness to Indian to watch News only on DD / Doordarshan channel. Watch all entertainments on multiple channels but NEWS ONLY ON DOORDARSHAN CHANNEL to avoid to make panic by hearing different news about covid.

Need to control on all insurance company who are increasing their policy rate. which is not affordable by General people. They increased their rate three times specifically health care policy. please do merger of all insurance companies in INDIA. Also give rebate of 3 times that affordable by every citizen of india.

माननीय श्री मोदी जी, भारत में गाँवों की संख्या लगभग 6-7 लाख है । इतने सारे गाँवों को manage करना और उसमें रहने वाले ग्रामीणों को mainstream में लाना दुनिया के किसी भी देश की सरकार लिए एक कठिन कार्य है । लेकिन, अगर आप आस-पास बसे 4-5 छोटे-छोटे गाँवों को मिला-मिलाकर (ऐतिहासिक, धार्मिक और tourist places को छोड़कर) उन्हें बड़े TOWNS या CITIES में, और कृषि के लिए संरक्षित CITIES में बदलते जाएं तो भारत के गाँव रातों रात CITIES में upgrade हो सकते हैं । और भारत, 6-7 लाख गांवों के देश से 1-1.5 लाख Cities वाले संयुक्त राज्यों का देश बन सकता है। और अगर आप NATIONAL और INTERNATIONAL व्यापार के लिए Amazon (USA) और Alibaba (China) के स्तर की, विश्व की सबसे पहली GOVT-OWNED INDIAN ONLINE MARKET PLACE बनाते हैं, तो ऐसा करके आप रातों रात warehouse, banking, IT, transportation, online seller तथा ecommerce से संबंधित करोड़ों government jobs create कर सकते हैं,। और आपके ये दो कदम, भारत को एक नई पहचान देकर उसे बड़े शाक्तिशाली developed countries की कतार में खड़ा कर सकते हैं। Please PDF पढ़ें।
