As a country we can't remain assemblers of electronic goods, software writers. our destiny can be changed only when we design, manufacture, program, electronics. Our universities should have the labs, equipment, govt sponsered programs to achieve a particular task.our doctoral work in electronics should be reality with infrastructure created in universities. For example solar cells, batteries for electric cars, mobiles, electronic gadgets.now we are dependent on China. As a country how do we achieve.

1. e-waste management (ZERO environmental damage).
2. Reuse components- give free access to educational institutes and general public, free of cost. This will fuel innovation.
3. Intense Vocational courses in electronics- English, Hardware, Programming, Entrepreneurship, etc.
4. Stricter educational standards.
5. No tax sops but lower the corporate tax (being lowered slowly).
6. No bureaucratic obstacles to companies setting up shop.

The concept of "Make In India" is really good. But this will only succeed when'QUALITY' products are produced. For products to be produced, infrastructure and skilled labour are required. Concentrating on these sectors will definitely help "Make In India".

The staff working in leading indian IT companies are just added for creating manhour bill charges, just payroll build-up employees . When an appraisal is made, their working knowledge is just little or just at micro level. The employability of our work force seems to be very poor. Improve the teaching institutions pattern of rolling out creativityless wage earners .Change the education to be a real education and not time bound course certificates .
