Most humbly, I am sharing some economic growth challenges in Uttar Pradesh for your kind consideration:
1. High rates of poverty and low growth.
2. High rates of unemployment or underemployment.
3. Volatile growth dependent on one source.
4. Increasing inequality, with many not being included in the growth process.
Thanks & Regards
Manoj Dwivedi

Limiting role of FCI from PDS
SOLUTION:
1. Introduce "Ration App" instead of "Ration Shop"
2. Dual app mechanism - Merchant and subscriber app
3. Store all subscriber details in both apps
4. Allow ration products to be purchased from grocery stores
3. Ensure food grains is delivered to subscriber through OTP mechanism
4. Pay the merchant directly through the app.
BENEFITS:
1. Quality grains to public
2. Eliminates food distribution costs
3. No more ration shops and queues
4. Prevent cash leakages and corruption
5. Better mechanism to monitor distribution
6. No more procurement by FCI for PDS
7. Less personnel at FCI
6. No more cheating by ration shops
