Five core themes of the National Youth Policy (education; employment & entrepreneurship; youth leadership;health, fitness & sports; and social justice with inclusion)Youth Skill‑to‑Market Incubation Camp
Short camps where experts train youth in one local skill (pharma sales, agro‑processing, tailoring, graphic design, etc.), then help them form SHGs/start‑ups,register on e‑commerce platforms, and connect to Mudra or similar schemes.Local Youth Parliament & Policy Labs
Constitute youth councils in colleges/blocks that debate real local problems (drugs, unemployment, transport),draft mini‑policy proposals, and present them to district officials. National Integration & Culture Exchange Clubs Pair colleges from different states for online and offline exchanges:regional language peer‑learning, folk‑culture showcases, and joint community‑service projects.Legal Literacy and Cyber‑Safety for Youth Run workshops on laws related to women’s safety, cybercrime, and online harassment.

“The National Youth Policy 2025 should place stronger emphasis on empowering rural youth and women through localized skill hubs, digital literacy centres, and mobile training units that reach remote villages. Rural women need targeted support through self-help group incubators, micro-enterprise starter kits, and access to digital payments and market linkages. Safe transport, street-lighting, and village-level grievance systems can greatly improve women’s mobility and confidence. A Rural Youth Fellowship Programme can place young leaders in panchayats to solve local challenges in agriculture, water, health, and education. Expanding agri-tech training, climate-smart farming, and women-led producer groups can boost income and sustainability. Strengthening hostels, scholarships, and mentorship for rural girls will help close the education gap and create a pipeline of confident, skilled rural women and youth.”

“The National Youth Policy 2025 should prioritise competency-based skill development, stronger mental-health support, and inclusive opportunities for rural and marginalized youth. The policy must strengthen district-level innovation hubs, expand digital access, and create clear pathways for youth participation in governance. Entrepreneurship support through micro-business starter kits, one-stop business centres, and credit linkage is essential. Cyber safety education, accessible sports infrastructure, and a Youth Climate Corps can empower young people holistically. The policy should also ensure greater inclusion of disabled, tribal, and transgender youth while establishing a nationwide career guidance ecosystem to help youth make informed choices.”

“Strengthening India’s fight against corruption requires a shift from compliance-based systems to integrity-driven systems. Along with digital transparency, we need stronger protection for whistleblowers, real-time public procurement tracking, and ethics education for youth. When citizens, institutions, and technology work together, corruption becomes harder to hide and easier to challenge. A nation with integrity grows faster and stronger.”
