The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

Please refer to the policy document: Draft National Youth Policy (PDF 669KB)

Sir plz make a revolutionary change in tax system. Only one tax that we can add to gst. And we can have a corporate tax and that will applicable for persons having income above multiple crores. and if we make adhar card based invoicing system we can map purchase potential of peoples in India. We can also refund the gst accepted from them on basis of ration card. And income level. Billing on adhar No with low class ration should have finger print verification also. Jai Bharat

India is the country having the most number of youth in the world. We are having demographic dividend which we are not using it entirely. Many youth are pathless, aimless and are not committed. The reason I consider for this is that many are not aware of the opportunities what they can do after secondary education or if they have awareness they can even start it from the secondary education by building a base for which they are aspiring. My surroundings, the youth they are pushed into the field of engineering by their parents without knowing that what they are going into due to lack of awareness to the child and their parents. This problem should should be addressed.

Respected PM Sir, Please try to do something for farmers as they are not getting right profit for their crops. In between Government and Farmers mediators should be avoided. Government should have a system to interact with farmers face to face and should decide the crops prices including vegetables before going to the market. Now a days no one interested in farming including youth due to these issues, most of the Indian youth going other countries and working as Labours. In Indian schools agriculture syllabus should be added from 5th class so that students will get proper knowledge on how to proceed with Agriculture. Please encourage organic agriculture by avoiding pesticides due to our health issues as most of the young people getting heart attacks.
