The world is changing in significant ways, and India's youth are poised to make the most out of it. The Youth are action-oriented, having the ability to think creatively and influences positive change across society. Youth are at the fore-front in using technology in all spheres and serves as a critical component in the larger vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. Hence, there is a need for introducing new policy which can suggest appropriate policy interventions taking into account the impact of digital technology on education, work & employment, how the society will experience the fast paced changes and how full or needful engagement of the youth will create a responsible society, very well led and placed on the track of process & development.

Accordingly, the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and Government of India has drafted the National Youth Policy 2023-32(NYP 2023-32) with the vision to synergize the hopes and aspirations of India's youth to enable harmonious growth of society; to harness the energies of youth more effectively towards inclusive economic growth & responsible governance; and to build an enabling environment where youth can come together, persevere, and work relentlessly with their utmost strength towards the making of a new India.

In order to ensure the participation of the stakeholders in policy making process, the Department of Youth Affairs seeks comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP 2023-32 from all stakeholders.

આદરણીય સાહેબ શ્રી, દેશની ઉચ્ચ શૈક્ષણિક સંસ્થાઓ , યુનિવર્સિટીઓ ( IIT, NIT, IIM, MEDICAL COLLEGES જેવી ) માં અભ્યાસ કરતાં ઘણા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ દર વર્ષે આપઘાત કરી જિંદગી ટૂંકાવી નાખે છે. સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરિક્ષાની તૈયારી કરતાંકે ધોરણ 10 થી 12 માં અભ્યાસ કરતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓ પણ આપઘાત કરે છે . આ સંખ્યા વધતી જાય છે જે વર્તમાનપત્રોમાં આવતાં સમાચાર વાંચી જાણવા મળે છે.. શિક્ષણની મુખ્ય પેદાશ હેપ્પીનેસ છે. જો જીવન જ ના હોય કે જીવનમાં ખુશી ના હોય તો કોઈ ડિગ્રી કામની નથી રહેતી. આ અંગે સરકાર ઘણા સારા કામ કી રહી છે પણ હજુ સુધારા જરૂરી છેજે અંગેના સૂચનો રજૂ કરુંછુ (1) દરેક સ્નાતક કક્ષાના અભ્યાસક્રમમાં છેલ્લા સેમેસ્ટરમાં માત્ર એવોજ અભ્યાસક્રમ તૈયાર કરવો જોઈએ જેમાં જીવન એટ્લે શું, નૈતિક મૂલ્યો એટ્લે શું, સંઘર્ષ એટ્લે શું , પ્રમાણિક્તા એટ્લેશું , દેશ પ્રત્યેની ફરજ એટ્લેશું, કુટુંબીજનો કે સંબંધીઓ સાથે કેવી રીતે સન્માનથી વાત કરાય આ બધુ જ શિખવાડવામાં આવે બીજું કઈ નહિ. છેલ્લા સેમેસ્ટરમાં આ સિવાય કોઈ પણ અભ્યાસક્રમ રાખવો ના જોઈએ. (2) ધોરણ ૧૦ મા પણ આ પ્રમાણે શિક્ષણ અને તાલીમ આપતો એકવિષય ફરજિયાત હોવો જરૂરી.

Respected SIR/MAM, It's fine to move towards Digi but Digitech education from Class 3 onwards is degrading BOOK HABITS & LEARNING OUTCOME. Why coaching classes teaches aspirants through SCREEN, why not through BOOK ? Does Book doesn't guarantee success or it's a business model to make look India Digitised is making it happen. I am not UPSC aspirants nor I was interested as I am simple BE FOOD ENGINEER who believes in MANUAL & HARD WORK. Digitization is taking our Jobs and giving more preference to MASTERS / PhD if B.E are still having Experience. Why Govt of India pays such high salary even to posts where Private doesn't pay and why GOVT gives assurance of stability in Job, as why not we move towards FIXED TERM PERFORMANCE BASED JOBS as that will create a competitiveness among us to do better if we get into Govt instead of wasting time for preparation of Jobs which syllabus has nothing to do with outcome to what we get selected for Akash Das (Food Engineer)

ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆಯಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಧರ್ಮದ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭದ್ರತೆ ಇದೆ ಇದನ್ನು ಹೋಗಲಾಡಿಸಲು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಧರ್ಮದ ಮತ ದವರನ್ನ ಸರ್ಕಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮಾನರೆಂದು ಭಾವಿಸಿ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಬಂದು ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯಾಗುತ್ತದೆ

प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्रमोदी जी को मेरा सादर प्रणाम मैं कहना चाहता हूं कि मैं इस समय 20 वर्ष का हूं और अग्निवीर भर्ती देखना चाहता हु लेकिन मेरी हाईट 168 है इसलिए मैं आवेदन नहीं कर पा रहा हु इसलिए मेरा आपसे आग्रह है कि आप 170cm हाईट को हटाकर 168cm कर दिया जाय आपकी महान क्रपा होगी आपका सुभेच्छु रिशेष द्विवेदी।

Respected Prime Minister, At the position where India today is youth takes a large position in it.But firstly they aren't the youth they come from a age very well known to be children the roots of encouragement must be started over from that stage.Our education system which is filled with a lot of sorrow but not of any action.Getting to classrooms and ranking on the test provide the subject not the talent.But the thing called talent would be only acquired when there is hand on hand interaction on what are they going through.we may go on field trips or for any schools but they aren't related we must make them related to the subject teached.Every employee or the owner of that industry must allow students to come and know the working systems and their uses.That's where the students make this country and also the world better.As of I know many are event not aware of the programs you are conducting in this portal.So in my this must be published and publicized. Thank you sir,

ಆಯಾಯ ಧರ್ಮದ ಸಂಸ್ತೆಯ ಕಾನಿಕೆ/ದೇನಿಗೆ ಹಣವೂ ಆಯಾ ಧರ್ಮದ ಜನರಿಗೆ ಹೋದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಈ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕತೆ ಸಾದ್ಯ ಎಲ್ಲಿಯವರೆಗೆ ದೇಶದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಜನರು ಸಮಾನರೆಂದು ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೋ ಅನಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೇ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯ ವರೆಗೆ ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಬರೇ ಜಾತಿ ಧರ್ಮ ಪ್ರೇಮ ಮಾತ್ರ ಏರುವುದು

ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ನನ್ನ ವಿಚಾರ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ವದಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮ ಇರ್ರಬೇಕಾದರೆ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಜಾಗೃತಿ ಮೂಡಿಸಬೇಕು ಸಂಪನ್ನುಲ ದೊರಕಿಸಿ ಕೊಡಬೇಕು ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನಗಳನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಆ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಹಿಂದೂ ಧರ್ಮದ ಏಳಿಗೆಗೆ ಸಂಘಟನೆಗೆ ಬಳಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಒಂದು ವೇಳೆ ಹಿಂದೂ ವಿರೋಧಿ ಸರಕಾರ ಬಂದ್ರು ಆಗ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನವನ್ನು ಸರ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಮುಕ್ತ್ಗೊಳಿಸಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ದೇವಸ್ಥಾನದ ಹಣವೂ ಕಾಣಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಧರ್ಮದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಗೆ ಬಳಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ ಮಾತ್ರ ಭಾರತ ವಾಗಿ ಉಳಿಯುತ್ತದೆ

Young team should be encouraged in various ways and means. There should be a platform to allow every user to expose their ideas without compromise, in any of the fields and detailed assessment should be done on the entries. Young teams should be given free hand in their area of work without restrictions. Young generation should be compulsorily be trained through our ancient methods of teaching refering Srimad Ramayana, Mahabharata and Bhagavata. Most importantly Vedas the Prana Nadi of our culture to be brought in their day to day activity. Young teams should be encouraged in such a way that they will be interestengly learn lessons from these age old traditional methods. We can see more blue skys from these Nidhis.
