Hello sir, The youth are the future of India, they need better infra to complete their education. We must stop brain drain as it also drains on finances. If youth are ready to spend lakhs on foreign education and don't return to India after studies, our govt should spend on better infra and give world class education such that talent is retained, forex saved and youth get better jobs in India. We should bring all foreign research material to Indian universities and build an ecosystem that promotes research in India. Ensure patents and copyrights are filed in India first. Encourage banks to fund students on educational loan at lower rates for studying in India. Universities to provide handson industry level practical training for better job opportunities. Exposure to military is must as youth will become more loyal to India. Youth channels platforms can elevate and showcase achievements of youth for motivation to others, offer youth internship roles in govt

Sir,
Youth are the future of nation and can play part in the development of nation by providing physical, mental, moral, social support. Hence empowering youth should be a priority. Giving the youth the sense of belongingness towards nation can instinct them to contribute for the nation. Right from their school level or college level they should be made the responsible citizens by providing guidance, counseling and moral education and making them somehow skilled so that they can earn pocket money during their studies. Also exposure visits be made routine to make their vision broad. These steps can keep youth away from drugs and other immoral activities.

Pranam Mahoday ji...Bharat ke yuva bahut mehnati aur karmath hai.per inko sahi guidence samay pe nahi milti..iska example NEET ke exam ko lijiye iski seats kuch badhani chahiye..10th se hi scince ke tino subject ki alag padhayi honi chahiye kyuki ye 10th mein hi pata chal jata hai ki kisme interest hai..12th ke baad local basis pe schools, college, private sectors, shops etc mein jo bhi subject ho 12 ke baad usme job mil jaye taaki log apne chetra se palayan na kare..iske liye sarkar students ko job card jisme unki details etc ho ke dwara wo job ke liye prayas kare..ek aur choz jo abhi ke yuvao ko samajhna hoga wo hai health..accha khaye, acche se kaam kare, chote bade ka lihaj rakhe aur khush rahe khushi bikhere.

The National Youth Policy 2023-32 is an ambitious plan to equip Indian youth with the necessary skillsets and knowledge to become successful, productive members of society. The policy seeks to provide quality education and skill-building opportunities, provide employment opportunities for youth, provide financial support for vulnerable youth, increase access to healthcare and mental health services, promote youth entrepreneurship, create safe and healthy environments for young people, strengthen the bond between society and youth, and create a collective vision for the future of India. By creating these opportunities, the policy hopes to ensure that the next generation of Indian youth are prepared to tackle the challenges of the future with confidence.

National Youth Policy involves several important steps:
Stakeholder Involvement: Engage with youth organizations, experts, government officials, and community leaders to gather diverse perspectives and insights.
Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough assessment of the needs, aspirations, challenges, and opportunities faced by young people in various sectors like education, employment, health, and social engagement.
Goals and Objectives: Define clear and achievable goals for the youth policy, aligning with the country's development agenda. Objectives could range from education and employment to civic engagement and mental health.
Inclusivity and Diversity: Ensure the policy addresses the needs of all youth, including those from marginalized backgrounds, LGBTQ+ communities, ethnic minorities, and differently-abled individuals.
Health and Well-being: Address physical and mental health concerns, and promote access to healthcare services, counseling, and support for substance
