The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Hi, I would suggest to reduce tax based on the financial status. Ex: Person A is earning 20k per month and pays 5% tax. But he/she don't have any additional expenses. So he/she can save it for them. Person B is earning 50k per month and pays 20% tax. Also he/she has senior citizens in house and kids who goes for schools. So he/she may have 5-10k per month to save. So it will be better if there's less tax on everything and free and best medical facility from government.

In MSMED policy , we must have special vehicle for patents encouragement by the MSMED. the Patents of this sector can be clubbed into a unique vehicle to be called as India Patents. these can be used to give credit, loans etc depending on patents raised by these organisations. The Patents stored in "India Patents" can also be used as collateral. this will also help to create the awareness of skill and knowledge directed at creating Intellectual Property at grass root levels

Idea suggestion to Government: As we have one nation one card. We can have one card for All Government employees like one card for all basic expenses per month and instead of giving salary to each employee monthly, Govt. Can pay their individual bills at once per month.. May be by checking the basis Genuinely. And this can be a choice for employees. This would certainly help India become corruption free.
