The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Govt is only interested in ideas, sir my company Nicomet industries , Goalooted has by deducting p.f and not crediting to our p.f account. Including our statuary dues and salary despite insolvency still not a penny has been paid. I had complained in year 2017 but all are sleeping .I can't use abusive words but do understand the pain we are going.

Now that villages r modern with all ameneties ,schools, colleges in village. all free from Hindu $$ for generations ! nothing to worry about . How long wll MNREGA , farm subsidy continue ! like reservations till eternity ? kacha limbus or willingly handicapped. 1ly ayyashi & blocking /harassing looting honest Hindus MSME's shud crop up in villages & their product taken across India and exported too ! Not 1 Lijjat repeated. Indian food habits store edible paste/pickle/chutney , wadis etc. from grain/spices/fruits /vegetables till next season ! even the Ayurveda medical herbal paste & dairy products , sweets. Handholding for quality , packing & shelf life ! ! Food /Health related all fresh. mass consumption items . Good ones can opt for destination weddings /events/parties ! should easily come at 30 to 40 % of city costs. btw even thailand/dubai beats India in terms of prices and quality . any thoughts why ! No need for scaling. pooling required for logistics.

Small and micro industry is a backbone of our country.it help us to create employment and wheel of development. 1One product one place policy has been promoted in our country. 2 MSME village should be selected for manufacture of product. 3 It should connected with traditional art and technology for their development. 4 A business mindset should be develop to promote small industry 5 Marketing is a way to promote product in global market. 3

if enabling environment is created 1st , biz will follow ? where r the attempt 75 years of loot Real estate - not 1 land/building record online, transparent , al benami or in hands of mafia 0r tukhias , encroachers ! long lease, tenant/ownership no laws or rather gandy marji gandy rule by moonchdus of tughlaq collegium & on top poor quality & high cost of interest ! when will India get this right ? all of 0/100 toppers lutyen elites, ayyashing on Hindu $ > 75 years not replicated what is going right in US/UK ! not even by this govt ? work in silos still happening . The udan plane/rail tariff loot continues & worse not 1 thought of making it affordable. Local conveyance cost equals plain/rail fare ? how will customers come ? For Biz ideas not 1 paper on ready market for import subsititute trade deficit. Commerce ministry should have gone berserk asking biz to set up . every country does it but here FTA - crony capitalism & custom duty adhocism continues !

1) Funding Availability:- Scrutiny for PMEGP and other scheme other than Mudra Loan to be Simplified or relaxed. 2)CGTMSE collateral free guidelines to be strictly followed without asking for collateral(even unofficially) 3) In view of high Growth prospects at the particular time, Industry utilizing the benefit of some low budget scheme of funding to be helped directly by converting to the next level of funding by just repayment of earlier schemes or closure of CC /Term Loan accounts though the new projected funding accounts /scheme allotted based on the performance of the company till date rather than asking for completely closing earlier accounts with outright payments. 3) Funding Scheme for Export promotions expansion is not readily or proactively populated or marketed. Banks are sometimes discouraging clients from opening even EEFC accounts, by highlighting maintenance fees (“appko Parawadega nahi” )etc.
