Rozgaar se SWAROZGAAR...
Naukri se resign do, sarkar se SWAROZGAAR ke liye loan lo, Banks ko Interest chukaao. Kamaai ho to theek, naa ho to bhi Interest to chukaana hi padega... Isse govt ko bahut kamaai hogi... Is tarah se SWAROZGAAR har tarah ke rozgaar ko khatam kar dega. Har koi SWAROZGAAR karega to ROZGAAR ki samasya bhi solve ho jaayegi... Kyuki jab sab SWAROZGAAR karenge to ROZGAAR koun maangega...

MSME should be encouraged in terms of Technical know how, Financial loan with government subsidy, Marketing and sales support with many more encouraging and public Awareness compaign on war footing.
In fact, a separate counter be opened at each Public sector bank's branch as a help desk to attract and support youths.
All these efforts not only boost our GDP but economy as a whole

MSME registration with all inputs on investment, own or rented, No of employees, product, their customer segments, Turnover, Expecteded investment for future. This gives input for the govt what is needed what to plan in budget and new reforms. Data is the key to solve any problems.
Key problems
1 Turnover time of their manufactured product.
2.Raw material investment
3. Getting skilled labours
4. Filing of Govt requirements
5. Banks reluctant to give any emergency loans.
6. Govt incentives for good MSME maintaining good business practise.
7. Land and expansion for future growth.
8. Govt giving incentives for employees skill development.
So govt should come out with a comprehensive reforms which facilitates a MSME from registration to future business in solving all their genuine needs.
All MSME should be graded so that banks can loans them with minimal hardship.
Instituting Awards for best MSMe based on the above grading.

There should be a team of undercover spotters of talent who should do research in a very localized manner and share the feedback to the team of experts so that the raw talents for upcoming / emerging MSME sectors can be nurtured to industry best early on.
