The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

Respected PM Ji, Regarding IOCL etc., Indian govt has to come forward to issue a future fair Bill Thus Every customer can understand easily by this Bill decision b/w Indane Gas Agencies & Their customers at time of Gas Bottles delivery like Ex: Basic Price+SGST+CGST+[latest Radius in Delivery KMS+Floor wise Delivery in Appartments (-GoDown Delivery) if customer takes from a godown=Total Bill.like(906.66+22.66+22.6((6+10 kms(8)+third floor(?)assume +10)-Godown delivery ))=970-18 If delivered @ Godown=952/-Rs or less can be issued by Agencies. Today like Hyderabad avg 8.6 cr excess per month /year more than 100 Crs rupees on Gas bottles delivery. It's more than 5 times of one municipal corporation tax per collecting per year like Warangal Telangana state.Assume how many crores per month/year throughout India 🇮🇳 so you please save Bharath.if you like my suggestion on Genuine service motto on this then Award me with Bharath Ratna by controlling black money too IN India 🇮🇳.Thank you

MSME in village now ? where is the attempt for reverse migration ! showcase a few villages ! Not 1 tughlaq collegium , 0/100 topper settled there permanently in the 100+ aspirational districts . Not 1 institute /skill centre /psu/factory/tourism opened. or thousands would have migrated Let's face it, it is the establishment that let people down. How many DD interview the past MP/MLAs, DM , PM, CM. ditto 4 no power villages, or water or LPG ! how did the people live. when they can i/view dharavi slum dogs, Y not 1 b/wood movie/documentary made. Not 1 movie dd i/view on how harem, ghettos of #hum5hamare50 live in filth. Infact all of India got talent, all scaled up- be it news , social media, photography, movie, all of life skills cleaning, cooking, barber, electriican, plumber etc, dance, story club associations with regular meeting, representation, & competition. covered by all channels, radio ! let every village gets talked about ! a few establishment catalyst can lead it

There must be a way for accepting the opinion /problems of MSME stake holders that arise dynamically during their running. The drag that cause the business to a halt like environment cause,... must be scrutinised at the initial stage itself to enable long running of the business. Tax/ dues collection must be regularised to avoid heavy burden at cumulative.

Quality alone can become a game changer... Usual people don't demand Indian Chinese products due to the same reason that's poor quality. We should build policies around making high quality products, increasing production without quality is of no use.

MSME needs , Enterpreneurs are encouraged to promote small scale industries.More Start ups and encouragement, subsidy to loans holders, low interest should be advised, Loan amont should not exceed more than 10,00,000/- due to promote economic and social fetch in middle strata order.Investors ( inland) are highly appreciable to promote Indian feelings and cultural segments. These sectors contribute huge to government treasury and support economic growth positively and significantly, so we can't afford to overlook growth of these sectors. These are some of the ways that I would recommend to follow to ensure growth of these sectors such as need to find market for the product produced by these sectors across the globe, focus on employee welfare to ensure employee to feel sense of oneness and keep contributing in a healthy way and government incentives to price the products at affordable price , this would certainly create new market opportunity and can strengthen the current market. I focus certainly on government support in many ways for example tax reduction or exemption for at least 5 to 7 years , this would leave less strain on these sectors to find new markets around the globe. Also need to develop more efficient product distribution channel which would reduce the supply chain costs and can be benefitted in many ways. I wish well .
