The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is a highly vibrant and dynamic sector of the Indian economy with over 6 Crore units, providing employment to 11 Crore+ people (after Agriculture), having 28% share of GDP and 40% of exports. Like other sectors, MSME also has been adversely affected in terms of productivity during COVD 19. Accordingly, the efficiency and productivity of MSME assume further significance to achieve overall objectives of economic development and a V shape recovery of the Indian Economy.

Draft National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in India is a continuation of various measures taken to date to promote competitiveness, technology upgradation, infrastructure, cluster development, dedicated credit, procurement of products & financial assistance to MSME.

Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises invites stakeholders, Industry Associations, MSME units and general public to share suggestions and comments on the Draft Policy. The purpose is to firm up adaptive and inclusive National Policy for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises.

it's time to educate MLA AND MPs for nation building and their goal. I am planning to write books which needs to go through for all aspiring and elected MPs, MLAs, Municipal members, panchayat samiti and gram panchayat members, which will be mandatory for contesting a seat Elected members do not know importance of their role, quality of life, target in terms of % of previous years vs present. This needs to be addressed for carbon foot prints, electricity generated, national gross product increase, increase in quality of sanitation wrt environment, water, air quality in the region, and policies to achieve the same. This assessment is to be made mandatary with all fields like education, social security, finance, healrh and family welfare. it's vast field and periodic education followed by written and oral examination should me made compulsory through election commission reforms

I urge you only one request, please reduce the corruption on local lavel. in local burocracy. I'm from up and here corruption lavel is same. I acknowledge that on cabinet corruption has been gone but in local tehsil or district management situation is same ..I went in tehsil last month and in there to purchase a small 0.002 acre land I had to give 7000 rupees extra to registrar or in below lavel ..there was no ladies toilet so my mother faced problem there and I raised same issue with registrar but I know it will not improve.because they have only hoarding of ladies toilet but actually men also use it and they told me to stand on gate so anyone will not enter while mother will go in .. hence I'm not saying improve only this matter or in my tehsil ..I just sharing a story which can be from anywhere hence I want PMO to bring feedback system on everything from small to large work ..like private companies do and they track everything and do not blame local officer ...blame supervisor

The best tips for small scale industry development are related to applications that can help in the growth and success of small scale industries. These small scale industries include those businesses that do not require the same type of capital outlay as large scale industries. They might include sectors like the printing industry, the supply of services like agriculture-related and automotive repair services, and other types of industries as well. Factors that can contribute toward the small scale industry development include efforts by the government to encourage growth of the sector through the provision of loans, alleviation of tax burden, and creation of ministries specifically dedicated to educating people about small scale industries. One of the methods for small scale industry development is the provision of loans to those who may wish to venture into such small scale industries. small scale industry development is for the government to establish tax . Thank you Sameer

Today day small and micro companies are emerginging in a good way in comparative to last few decades. people in small industries are coming with lots of thoughts and very innovative ideas. but still they are facing powerful competition from the foreign products which are available at much cheaper rates. Government cannot completely stop the foreign goods but they can provide much help for establishing small and micro companies. financial institute are not capable to provide much financial support to small and micro industries. I suggest government should provide more awareness regarding the facilities which are providing to help and promote small and micro industries as people are not fully aware of these facilities. Thank you
