The Blue Economy Policy should deliver maximum cultivation with the guidance of CFRC. And promoting value added products from sea products. It can increase the export too. The policy should protect Indian fishermen and investors. Sea area can lease for companies to cultivate fish

Also can improve the sea tourism around 3 sides of India. Costal area protection also required because of large waves. Electricity generation from sea waves also an opportunity. Requesting all opportunities only given to Indian companies. Make In India . Jai Hind

Cultivation of more sea fish varieties with protecting the eco system. Improve the logistics through sea and inland water sources. Interlinking of all rivers in India after a good study. Conduct the elevation survey and circulate the river water and rain water maximum land area by constructing canals depending on the elevation. So ground water availability will improve. Air and water are God gifted and very much important needs of birds, animals, plants and humans. So we should keep these resources clean by hand holding with our government.
I oppose to build man-made structures in the rivers or sea etc.
They are natural houses for many animals. Govt. should definitely utilize these blue resources for generating energy which can be utilized to avoid global warming. Use this energy to avoid use of petrol, diesel etc which emit harmful gasses.

Every water bodies are important including ocean, High power team should be formed to survey and recommend the proper use of water bodies in tourism,aquaculture or from other aspects including un-utilized water bodies near railway tracks.
