All we need to do is to re-establish the importance of spirituality by pure logical means. Padma Vibhushan Jaggi Vasudeva can lead the program in this regard, whereby myths regarding yoga being busted, a cultural renaissance can be started in India taking its foundation in the ancient culture with just a change of approach. Behold, change of approach is the need of the hour!

This year the international Yoga Day should include the launch of "Yogawear". Our organisation "Bhartiya Harit Khadi Gramodaya Sansthan" has come up with smart and organic solutions for breathable garments made for all age groups. Current market doesn't have options for Yogawear and people have to buy "sportswear" made of synthetic and lycra yarns. If given a chance, we would like to propose our options and provide organic & smart Yogawear made in rural India.

Behaviour change is difficult for everyone (specially good habits). I recently learnt from my mentor about the Tinyhabits method of doing changes where everyone is encouraged to start slow and small. Gradually over a period of time, the habit becomes stronger. So on the Yoga day, we can recommend that people start with doing 5 minutes a day of Yoga/Pranayama and slowly after one or two weeks, it can be increased to 10 minutes, 20 minutes etc... upto 1 hour systematically.

हेल्मेट अनिवार्य करना चाहिये, और इस प्रकार प्रचार करना चाहिये, कि व्यक्ति को जीवन अमूल्य लगे, और व्यक्ति प्रावधानों का पालन करे।
