Practical knowledge & experience are very important than theory. A theory without skill is a waste program. Hence all educational institutions, organizations, training centres should be attached and work together to provide a better experience to the learners and young aspirants. This will help a lot in nourishing skills during apprentice

First of all Apprentices is must for the technical guys who are going to be passed out mean in last year. What we expect from govt that the training centre to be given practical training which is related to the respective field.Based on the practical training the guys raise their confidence to get a job easily.
Otherwise govt directs to the company to hire the guys on Apprentices and kept them after training. It will creates the employment opportunity and my nation will get the qualified guys.
