The general public/stakeholder is hereby informed that the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) invites comments/suggestions on the amendment in “Apprentices Act,1961” with an objective to enhance the apprenticeship opportunities for youth.

Any person/stakeholder desirous of sending their comments/suggestions may do so through e-mail at anita.sriv@nic.in within thirty working days from the date of publication of the details of the invite.

The last date for submission of inputs is 10th May 2021.

सभी को मेरा नमस्कार। वर्तमान में शिक्षा की हालत बिगड़ी हुई है। शिक्षा को बेहतर बनाने का हमारा प्रयास होना चाहिए। आयु की प्रतिबंधता नहीं हो, सभी को समान रूप से शिक्षा प्राप्त हो। शिक्षा अमीरों व गरीबों की नहीं है। शिक्षा के साथ साथ रोजगार परक कार्यक्रम का आयोजन होना चाहिए।सर व्यक्ति को अपने हाथों की कला आनी चाहिए। वर्तमान में कोविड-19, की मार सभी वर्गों पर पड़ रही है । शिक्षा को एक खेल की तरह आयोजित किया जाना चाहिए, तभी आज का व्यक्ति नयी राह पर आ सकता है। शिक्षा में रूपयों का महत्व नहीं होना ।े

Many jobs in IT sector can be done by persons who have passed the 12th grade exams after rigorous training in coding and limited software writing skills. Hiring engineers for such jobs is a waste of their capabilities. My suggestion is to ask all IT companies employing 1000 or moe to compulsarily take Coding apprentices and train them for 12 to 18 months and absorb the successful ones. The % can be fixed in consultation with NASSCOM.

Apprenticeship should be included within education system and it should be not a part of job. There are provisions of apprenticeship in organisations which stifle the growth of individuals and organisations itself. apprenticeship is job skills to be acquired by individuals for performing his job efficiently in job and not to get stipend. either a person can be trainee or expert. Apprenticeship is waste of money. individual became expert with own mistakes and not through apprenticeship.

During Indira Gandhi Leadership 10th pass and 8 th pass students were given self call to join a job,but now a days people are fighting competition but are empty hand.That time there was very less train accidents but in this talented and qualified era, ever day we can listen news about accidents. There should be a door for the sons of Ex Railways employees who don't have ITI or polytechnic certificate. Today is computers era which should be desirable to apply for a post. jai Hind

Apprenticeship should be part of education in today's era. Educational along with practical training in different trades should be the priority among the youth of nation, If skill and entrepreneurship development comes together it will create a huge impact towards nation building and as well It will be add on to the economy of the country.

इस अधिनियम के अंतर्गत वर्तमान समयानुसार इसमें उम्र में परिवर्तन उम्र कम करना चाहिए ।क्योंकि अभी जो एजुकेशन की हालात को देखते हुए उनको बेनिफिट मिलना चाहिए। फ्री में कोई कोर्स न कराया जाए। इसमें मिनिमम फीस रखा जाए। इससे बच्चों के भविष्य का निर्माण हो सके एवं उसके महत्व को समझ सके। और वे रोजगार मूलक कार्य कर सकें। आज कई परिवारों में रोजगार की बहुत ही जरूरत है बच्चों को वर्तमान कोविड-19 संक्रमण में परिवारों की स्थिति भी खराब हो गई हैं। आता परिवार में नौकरी वालों की जरूरत है ताकि को परिवार को चला

Dear Sir or whomever it may concern, Student from 12th and afterwards leave their home mostly. They live student life while taking living expenses from family.😌😌 Can we add some feature to make us (students) to have an extra skill and money for their own expenses?! 🤔🤔🤔 In many countries like USA, Canada, China and many more try to make students dependence free from home support! Moreover, they will also start gaining extra money that they can help home too! 😑😑Kakadeo, Mukharji nagar etc.
