apprentice should maintain a diary or log book ,in which he will mention about job he is doing daly.
he sholud be given a small project as per his qualification.
he should be given some /information about safety, rules in industries, labour laws, and probale apporunities in his field.
information about finincial planning,enterpreunership, innovations ,govt support.
also he can be informed about yoga .personnel care medical facitilities etc.
above training can be given in 2-3 days .

Govt has been fooling >75 years & talking of Vivekananda only 4show to look intelligent ! even his core idea right education is the reason 4 difference in prosperity/ poverty ( he spoke of how Irish paupers turned prosperous in a few years in US in 1940s) India looted temple wealth 4 ayyashi of feifdoms! if that was spent onself belief - basic life skills & 3Rs & local apprentice in vernaculars made rural India prosperous ? but education given to Tughlaq 4 #hum5hamare50, 3T 4W to destroy hindus

Sir,
Handcraft sector in India is talented but unable to earn much as people are able to make few products consuming much time. If we apply Henry Ford model here then many people will involve in making one item which will reduce time and increase expertise with experience. It will surely increase the income but it needs an institutional setup by government. Government is also required to provide an online page and exposure to international markets to this industry to reach real consumer.

आदरणीय मोदी जी, नमस्कार मेरा मानना है की हमे टेस्टिंग कम करा देनी चाहिए क्योंकि जितनी ज्यादा टेस्टिंग होगी उतने ही लोग पेनिक हो रहें है। दूसरा मेरा मानना है की बिना लक्षण वाले व्यक्ती को नॉर्मल वायरस fever की श्रेणी में लाना चाहिए। केवल उन व्यक्तियों को कोरोना का रोगी बताना है जिनमे कोरोना वायरस के गम्भीर लक्षण मिले सिर्फ उन्ही को Covid 19 की श्रेणी में डालना है इससे आम जनता में पैनिक स्तिति नहीं होगी

४- ट्रेड के लिए दावेदार इकाइयों को असीमित शुरुआती अधिकार देकर
लाभ-
१-इस बहाने नया संवेदनशील कार्यसंस्कृति पनपेगा
२-परिवार का संस्थागत स्वरुप उभरेगा
३-काहिल जमात विलुप्त होंगे
४-कृषियंत्रचालक मिलेंगे।

I wanted to add something about Growth of skill and well managed system.
1) Every person have not every thing we should address team and group training to mange system as we need for specific task.
2) Individual existence and training is more problematic but group work and group hiring can make more efficiently work done.
3) every company and industry want a train dog who work according to them which leashes humans.
4) equality trend take on wrong way give best work they do, not same work.

1.Stand Alone Apprenticeship Acts serve no useful purpose, to Nation, unless actively linked with Employment, Employability in various ongoing programs and/or program that are on card. The Act should have such connectivity.
2. Aprentices be utilised in the mainstream & paid decently, so that they get quality/genuine experience.
3. "Reservation" kills the quality & effectivness of skill development and merrit should be the prime criteria.
4. Deployment scope be improved & interconnected by law.
