Dear Pm, as average life span of indian r improving and increasing decade wise after independence so the average age of political leaderships, military generals, top executives, judges, doctors, lectures etc. and some r never wanting to be retired. But in entry level why there is age limit which is hindering expertiseness of a prospective employee and shortening his interest for apprenticeship only to get a certificate for further employability. so age limit for any employment must be raised to35yr

Being from Kashmir ,the youths who have completed diploma from ITI's in any trade usually are of age above 25 plus , therefore they are least eligible to apply for apprenticeship in any sector .it is worth to mention here that recently railways northern advertised posts for apprenticeship for the students specifically who were ITI trained in different trades as because of maximum age bar trainees were left out with no use of ITI certificate they possessed.

Apprenticeship can also be termed as Training; a good robust training is key to cumulative development of nation. Good Training of a plume we to training of an IAS offer is usually important and a great nation takes both of them with same seriousness. You see Japan or USA and find the difference in training vis a vis India.Staircases are cleaned top to bottom NOT bottom to top, so better first train leaders and then IAS and so on and so forth.Training result must be more important than recruiting
